"Assasement and selection process is easier"

Pros: In order to staff our available positions as quickly as possible, we rely on this online interviewing program. It's easier now to assess hundreds of people for a particular role than previously. JopurneyFront has made it much more straightforward to submit a single evaluation to many prospects. And we may do so whenever it's convenient for us.

Cons: When there are more than eight questions, you may feel that the test takes a lengthy time to complete, especially if your network connection is slow. This, nevertheless, is not a significant issue.

The platform itself is user-friendly and continually evolving with new features and improvements, including valuable assessment tools. If you're seeking a partner to help reduce turnover and identify top-tier candidates, I wholeheartedly recommend Journeyfront. Their solutions have proven invaluable to our organization, and I'm confident they can deliver similar results for yours.

Pros: One of the best aspects of working with Journeyfront has been the exceptional team. Over our three-year partnership, we've had the pleasure of collaborating with three different Customer Success Managers, each of whom has consistently exceeded our expectations. Their unwavering commitment to providing timely assistance, answering questions, and facilitating meetings with relevant experts has made our experience truly seamless. It's clear that Journeyfront values a collaborative approach, and their team is genuinely invested in helping us achieve our company goals.

Cons: While Journeyfront offers many valuable features, one area for improvement is its limited integration with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Our recent search for a new ATS revealed that many popular options lacked direct integration and even duplicated certain functionalities already available within the Journeyfront platform. This can create inefficiencies and potential data inconsistencies.

"Good platform, false information on capabilities"

Overall: Overall is not that good because our main focus was to share the candidates to our clients on a clean and visual way.

Pros: I like how easy it is to build the plan for positions and how all the information is consolidated

Cons: schetchy information when selling. Theres no way to easily share candidates with our clients. No CRM

"Sr. Talent Acquisitions "

Overall: Its been great sometimes it gives me a hard time because it wont work but over all great.

Pros: Its makes it consistent and fair for all applicants.

Cons: I think some of the questions need to be better suited for the positions.

"JoyrneyFront Review by me"

Overall: Journeyfront has been an incredibly user-friendly and hassle-free recruitment tool. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate, even for those who are not tech-savvy. The streamlined process has significantly reduced the time spent on candidate screening and scheduling, allowing us to focus more on connecting with top talent. The tool's efficiency has greatly enhanced our recruitment workflow, making it an indispensable asset to our hiring process

Pros: Very user-friendly recruitment tool. It operates quickly and efficiently, making the hiring process smoother. One of the standout features is that logins don't expire as frequently as other tools, eliminating the need to constantly log back in. This saves a lot of time and reduces frustration, making the overall experience seamless and more productive.

Cons: One drawback is the inability to remove the KO (knockout) status on a candidate, which limits flexibility in managing candidate profiles.
