Pros

hessel free, can directly click on candidates numbers to connect , no copy-paste. VoiP communicator in integrated to our Ceipal ATS, it makes performance & time management efficient. Good Dashboard, it has records of my daily calls, talktime duration.

Cons

Unfortunately I couldn't use the VoIP messaging system in my current company, besides it crashes sometimes , therefore I need to restart the software to use it again.

Call quality is very good, customer service responsive and system is stable. We have not experienced any downtime yet.

Pros

Call quality is very good and support is fast in responding. This is extremely important when running a business and can not afford to wait for phones to work non-stop.

Cons

online panel a bit complicated to find some information such as CDR in the beginning, but after a few weeks, it becomes easier.

This is a layman's VOIP Phone, easy to use and setup and much simpler to pay.

Pros

best thing I like about the product is that they accept payment in multiple currencies, so you are not just confined to dollars and you can also make payments if you do not have an international credit card.

Cons

I had to quit on their service because of the frequent all drops. We had different remote sessions with their Support Team involving our ISP in the call, still they could not resolve the issue almost over an year.

I've used a bunch of them from Talkatone to wi-calls and they all have different good points and bad. My overall judgement is the better reception or connection to a internet the stronger the VoIP calls.

Pros

I liked that I could use it in wifi services with a entirely different phone number.

Cons

The calls signals were not that strong at all.
