Pros

Awesome Support is really helpful, we have been using its free version and it is really awesome. The features and the support are great

Cons

There are some features that should be under one addon, for which you would have to buy multiple addons, however, a good thing is you can buy a bundle from the available options according to your need.

My biggest frustration was after 6 months of using the system I went back to freshdesk. We were happy to see that the monthly fees were more reasonable for our company. As I closed down the system and thought I had turned off the autorenew I learned that I had not correctly turned off the autorenew. After immediatly approaching them of the mistake they refused to refund any of the expensive annual fee. I would never get away with treating my customers like this. I rarely write reviews but this one really frustrated me. We are still cleaning up our Wordpress install from the mess it made with media

Pros

I liked the fact that it was a one time purchase (or so I thought). The other support systems require regular monthly payments by seat that grew quite high in price.

Cons

As a plug-in there were constant updates and quite a few problems with my team.

I use it on all sites I build that require support. It is my default and my go to support option

Pros

It integrates well with every theme I have tried it with. It has all the features I need for support queries on my websites.

Cons

Hmmmm, there is nothing immediately obvious that would be a con. Perhaps not knowing exactly what the user receives as an email is a con. An email preview might be nice.
