Overall I was happy with AutiChat as it fulfilled its requirement - to allow me to chat with customers while they were shopping on my site. Its a must have add on software to any commerce site, though best to find the chat program that best suits your needs, function, and pricing

Pros

AutoChat was relatively easy to install and get set up quickly. While the user interface is busy and overwhelming at first, once you start to learn it, you end up appreciating all the extra features and functions at your disposal

Cons

The pricing is one of the areas that was liked least. Although I only used the free trial, I was uncertain the ongoing costs and felt the pricing model could be more fixed

We used this recently to test out a chat feature on a website. For some customers they really appreciated the responses and access to quick information, some other customers didn't use it or didn't know how to use it. Something to consider?

Pros

\- customers appreciate having a chat feature and was easy to install - many features are available to make managing customer service easier

Cons

\-Didn't work so well on mobile phones and I wish the pricing was less for a starter account. - the back end dash board is a little busy so it can look overwhelming at first.

It’s easy to setup and user-friendly to any one

The live chat admin doesn’t have total control over the live chat

Pros

It was quick and really could be used for alot of projects.
