I didn't have to watch 2h tutorial just to be able to use the software, it is intuitive. Pros Easy to use and it's simplicity. It is not overwhelming like tools Ahref/Semrush who are often too complicated for most users. Cons There are some features that I would like to see added such as: zapier/API integrations, customisable reports, auto-sending reports straight to clients, None of those are impacting my workflow in any significant way, but I wish we would have them. It’s a non-functioning waste of time & money. Pros When it worked (rarely) it was OK and fairly useful. Cons The product is extremely broken. It updated all the data only once (backlinks, analysis, etc.) and never again. They have buttons in the dashboard to “Analyze” and “Search backlinks” that do absolutely nothing. Their support might as well not exist. I messaged them on multiple occasions for help regarding what I mentioned above and got back an automated “We’ll get back to you soon”, never to be heard from again. Review Source GT Grégory T. The minor glitches and slow performance can be easily fixed ahead, so no worries on that. The results seem to be accurate and numbers are good for such a new company in this market. Pros It contains all you need to successfully run a small SEO Agency and start working with your first clients. You can keep an eye in your competitors, they're keywords/content and backlinks. Everything works nicely, but you can still notice some glitches here and there. Cons Support. They really need to have a better response time and have the time to explain what is really going on. It can take days for us to get a response on chat, which breaks the confidence of users when investing in such early projects.
