This is the first web launch that we utilized Antilles. We should have adopted it with our last launch. Pros The interface is vibrant and intuitive for our users. The training curve has been reduced greatly with this platform. Cons The platform has adapted easily to our needs. We are early in the usage of it and have not found any dislikes. Followup was prompt and at times immediate. Staff was knowledgeable and adapted to what our needs were. Pros We could customize our look and feel. The software does not require a knowledge of coding. Pros Antilles is extremely easy to use and gives the user the control to update their site as needed. The site also allows the convenience to be able to update the site from anywhere. We have been able to make necessary changes very quickly and add new features to our site using the systems form and list builder. If there is an issue or something we cannot complete on our own, the web support team is outstanding. They answer quickly and complete requests in a timely manner. Also, the LRS team is continuously making updates to improve the already great software. Cons The only improvement that could be made to make the system easier to use is to add the ability to upload documents from your computer, rather than to resources and then copying the path. All support staff at LRS are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pros The layout and ease of using Antilles makes teaching others that don’t have website skills so much easier. It’s easy to navigate even with over 100+ pages on the website. Cons I wish there was a way to purge images and files more effectively. We use a lot of images and rotate them often. If we could delete those not in use in a more efficient manor it would be helpful. Reasons for choosing LRS Antilles The LRS reputation and Antilles software aren’t even comparable to others on the market. Pros Antilles is very similar to other CMS software but I think it is even easier to use. It is also very intuitive and logical in its setup. I like that it is easily customize-able and has "modules" that can be added or removed. I also like that I can access the HTML if I prefer from the wiziwig box. Cons None so far. Switched from [Concrete CMS](https://www.capterra.com/p/161651/concrete5/) Concrete 5 is not easy to use or modify. Easily being able to update content is great. I don't work for PT&E, so if I can get things done quickly, it's a lot better than spending time on a company I don't actually work for. Pros One of my favorite things about using Antilles was how much control I had of the site while we were building it. Too many times on other CMS systems, when I need to make a simple change, I have to have the developers do it. With Antilles, I was pretty much able to make all small to mid sizes changes myself. Cons I don't use Antilles too frequently, so it could be a user error, but I seem to have a hard time with media files on the site. Sorting, organizing, replacing all seems a bit confusing compared to my other CMS systems. Reasons for choosing LRS Antilles The initial estimate from LRS was a little less than our other option. Also, since we're located in Springfield, IL, having a company in our backyard was helpful.
