The FMI team is also a great resource via the chat function. Pros My Freight Manager is super easy and intuitive to use. Cons Creating custom LTL quotes for partials (8+ pallets) is not in the tool yet. I use other systems to schedule carriers, and they are no where near as easy to use as this system. It is very straightforward and easy to navigate. If you need additional information about a prior shipment, it as simple as clicking on the shipment. The Bill of Ladings are attached to the shipment, and my dock crew can access and print them no problem. Cons Seriously, I have not found one yet.
