" December 2, 2020 5.0 Pros Prior to CaptivateIQ, my company was tracking our commission statements through Excel sheets. This was messy and hard to follow. I had multiple instances where the formulas on the Excel sheet were wrong and my commission was paid out wrong. CaptivateIQ has solved all these issues. I literally have what I want to see Pros The ease of use for the end user is a great job. No thousand clicks needed, pretty straight forward. Cons I dont really have anything that I dislike. It is such a time saver. Pros I love being able to see a report of my operating profit and commissions for approval. It's great to have a breakdown.
