I did not agree to any paid plan, monthly or annual. Without any warning, reminder, or notification, Biteable charged $180 directly to my bank account. I did not receive an email before the charge. I was never informed that my trial would automatically convert into a paid annual plan. After discovering the charge, I immediately closed my account. Only then did Biteable respond by saying the charge is non-refundable and pointing to their policy. This policy was never clearly communicated before taking my money. This is not transparent or ethical billing. Charging customers without notice and hiding behind a “non-refundable” policy after the fact feels like a deliberate tactic to take money without consent. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious before starting a “free trial” with Biteable. **Pros:** Hidden non-refundable policy revealed only after charging my account. They take advantage of you. So if you're thinking about paying for a subscription and you're not tech savvy DON'T! **Pros:** Nothing. I didn't like anything about this. it's NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!! **Cons:** They don't respond to email and they make you wait forever in chats.
