Pros: After trying a lot of different solutions we found out that HelloClient will be our best fit. Most of the applications we've tried are overloaded with features we really not going to use. But since the first minute, my technician opened HelloClient, he told me that this is the software he would like to use in his daily routine. The design is very clean. Nothing overloads the page. Very easy to use and simple to understand. I also want to mention that tech support is great as well. We had a problem to migrate all our clients and they did it for us in a less painful way. Our overall experience was great and we want to highly recommend this software.

Cons: Since a team started not a while ago, they don't have a few features that we are really wanted to see. But they promised us that they will do their best to develop them as fast as they can. Not sure if this is a con but that's all I have so far.
