Pros: Design and setup. I designed my small business website using wordpress, after countless hours of researching potential services that could provide video chat between myself and my clients, Consolto was the only one that allowed easy integration into a wordpress website. It was easy to setup, allowed for great customization and branding, and seamlessly worked with the design of my website. As my business grows, I can see the many ways in which Consolto can scale with it, including being able to integrate other communication channels like Facebook.

Cons: Currently, the dashboard is limited to the consolto website. It would be great to have mobile and desktop apps that would allow you to monitor and use consolto communication channels.

Overall: I needed to be able to have one-on-one video chats with clients from my website. Almost all the other services are either API's that require you to build a web app (which as a non-developer was not an option for me), or will send a visitor or client from your website to a separate website chat-room - or similar - in order to carry out the conversation. This presented another problem as I did not want to have one room that could be joined by other clients seeking video communication. Consolto allows for direct communication with all users and clients right from my site which is exactly what i need. Communication and support from Consolto itself has been fantastic.
