Consult is it the kind of software I wish I would’ve designed honestly. As a creator and interviewer, keeping everything that I needed from my guests, like bio, images, etc., as well as recordings and our communication together was an impossibility. That required me to go back-and-forth between different apps and just took too much time. With Consulto, it’s all in one place! From our first communication, to our scheduling, to everything they send me that I need for the interview as well as sharing it, and the interview itself are together. And while I realize this isn’t it’s main purpose, it suits me very well. And as I said, time is the most valuable asset we have, the ability to save this much time is what every creator needs. As far as sound goes, it’s pretty good. I also always run my sound through software that improves it and makes it sound like my guest and I are together in a studio, so that that’s not an issue. And the customer service? Top-notch! I was able to talk to the \[sensitive content hidden\] within minutes of having a question. And the reason I could do that was specifically because he uses Consulto himself. And that was the proof I needed, the ability to utilize it and have it work the first time. If you’re on the fence, try it. They will be there to help you along the way if you need it.

Pros

Ease of streamlining my process as a podcast host. It is the only software that allows me to keep all of my guest’s assets in one place automatically, saving me time. And time is the most valuable thing we have.

Cons

I had a glitch setting it up. But, their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and I was able to get through that in minutes.

My overall experience with Consolto has been really positive. Even the customer support is very active and friendly. The product makes connecting with customers so much easier by bringing video calls, chat, scheduling, and payments all into one place. I like how everything works smoothly without needing extra software or complicated setups for clients.

Pros

What I like most about Consolto is how easy it is to set up and use. It brings everything into one place — video calls, scheduling, chat, and even payments — so I don’t have to juggle different tools.

Cons

What I liked least about Consolto is that it can feel a bit complicated at the beginning because there are so many features all in one place. Sometimes setting it up with certain website platforms takes more time or some technical skills. Also, the AI chatbot doesn’t always understand tricky questions perfectly. These things aren’t dealbreakers, but they can be a little frustrating at times.

The software does what it is supposed to do and is easy to install. My problem was with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the sales team. I bought a year's subscription to get the best price. After a few months, we realized that the general public is not ready to do instant video from a website. However, we had already paid for the full year that we were unable to use. They sent us an invoice a year later for the next year. We responded to cancel, and they told us that they don't give refunds. So, we paid for two full years but only used the service for a few weeks. Save your money.

Pros

Instant video conferencing from the web.

Cons

No one used the service. We get thousands of visitors to our websites every day, but after three months, we didn't get a single person who requested an instant video chat. So, it turned out to be a waste of money.

Pros

From the time of purpose to installing on two of my sites less than 10 minutes. Time is money and fast deployment means I can get back to doing the things that make me money.

Cons

A little confusing how to do a call with multiple people. Need clearer instructions. I want to put the tool to work fast, the less time I have to search for answers the faster I can get back to making money.

This has clearly been my best investment till date. I am a bootstrapped entrepreneur whose entire business runs through his website. Consolto has ensured my website can work as an all-in-one service hub to all my clients - potential and current.

Pros

First, its pricing. I purchased a lifetime deal and it has saved me hundreds of dollars that I would've otherwise spent on premium subscriptions of its alternatives such as Zoom. Second, its integrations. Consolto genuinely is an all in one tool with a fantastic inbuilt CRM. Honestly, investing in one tool has saved me from the effort of buying multiple tools.

Cons

Nothing yet. I haven't seen any glitches in its operation. But I know that once I scale up, I will have to shell out some money for video recordings. I had some issues earlier with controling which video calls should be recorded, but that is largely sorted now.

Provides a much better customer and lead experience. Much higher close rate because of live interaction. Provides the user with a higher level of comfort and trust. We create a better brand and more substantial authority through live chat, calls, messaging, and video chats.

Pros

I’ve been looking for a way to provide a great customer experience for my clients and leads. I’ve found it in Consolto. It’s a CRM wrapped in a virtual box. I can communicate with video chat, text, and so much more. And since we are a virtual team, a cloud-based application takes the headaches out of spending a ton of money hosting my own cloud-based servers. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cons

More training videos. But live chat and video for training is only a click away.

Pros

Great video meeting software. Furthermore, do I like that Consolto integrates seamless with our website and CRM. Our multi-agent team is able to give online consultations in a simple and professional way. Especially in the latest CNAME integration and Google calendar synchronizations. Finally, was the Consolto team available to help us with the implementation.

Cons

Team management UX design is improving, but can get better.

Pros

I am very much impressed with the idea of being able to have a video call on my website. Installation is easy and the user interface is cool. Image quality and audio are very good. Also, creating a direct one on one connection with anyone from the website is effortless.

Cons

I love the software. However, they should develop an app as an added feature.

Overall the video quality is clear and smooth. You can set up multiple channels for communication, apart from video, you also have audio calling, live chat, whatsapp etc. A very robust platform for online communication. If you use Zoom and Google Meet, you should definitely try this. The scheduling feature is another great one, so you dont miss any customer and prevent all the back and forth emails to schedule a date and time. Your customers/site visitors can simply schedule a meeting. Icing on the cake is that they can send multiple dates/times so you can pick what best works for you!

Pros

Firstly, it is one of the best UI and UX I have seen in a long time! UI is modern and elegant, while the UX is nicely organised considering how detailed and powerful the platform is. Makes communication with customers very easy and streamlined. Whether it is for consultations or general communication, it ticks all the boxes. Depending on your License Tier, you can also accept payments via the platform for consultations, which is super handy! I like how it allows us to connect multiple channels, which we can show or hide as per our needs. The video quality is mostly clear and smooth. The option to schedule a date and time when one is offline is also a thoughtful implementation. I believe this is one of a kind platform and the team behind it is amazing! It helps me with initial contact with my website visitors, and if they have any questions etc, they can directly get in touch with me via my website. Whether it is call or video meeting or even chat, it gives them a quick way to connect. This helps me gain trust over my competitors. The other thing is, if any of my previous clients need any consultation or help, I can jump on a quick call with them or schedule a call for later to help with their queries. This is definitely helping me gain customer trust and simplify my workflow.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike at the moment, however there is always room for improvement. One thing that needs to be improved is the system resources it uses. Sometimes on a video call my MacBook Pro gets a bit hot and the fans turn on full blast. I understand that it is a complex system as a results uses more system resources, but some improvement and optimisation in this area is a good idea.

So far the product is really easy to use and user friendly - but for me, good support is always the most important element of any product. With Consolto, it’s been great so far! I reached out requiring some technical assistance and I got prompt replies from the team, and on a as Saturday evening nonetheless!! There is one small thing regarding color customization I asked if it’s possible and before I know it, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] added it to the roadmap and said to check back in a few weeks and it’ll be done! It’s very common to find mediocrity in customer support with all the SaaS told out there these days. But once in a while you get one that is exceptional and stands out from the pack - that is Consolto! :)

Pros

The ability to embed the ClickNTalk page to 3rd party sites via iFrame is super helpful. The customization options are also really extensive.

Cons

Nothing so far - everything has been really positive.

Consolto is a revolutionary tool that allows you to chat with your website visitors directly from your site. It has a fully responsive design that will fit any screen size and looks great on desktop and mobile. I love that I can add a live chat option to my site without the need of any code. And the best part? Using the live chat, my clients love that they can connect with me directly on my website, and I am able to resolve client issues faster.

So impressed with Consolto, it's been well thought out and put together with the customer in mind - once logged in to your account the dashboard is easy to use and navigate. Very simple and quick to get things set up. The quality and smoothness of the video is top class.

Pros

The range of options that I can now offer my customers (and potential customers) has now expanded thanks to Consolto - for example having the video chat calls appear in your own website, rather than disappearing away to a secondary website is fantastic.

Cons

I would have liked them to include a video bubble - but i have been told this is in their roadmap.

Once configured, the working experience with Consolto is great! No delays in applying settings, specific notifications for staff and clients, great video and audio quality. It feels that the company is focused on offering quality over quantity. Very stable and user friendly interface, offering what is important to have a professional communication with visitors and potential customers. Not forget to mention the possibility to use the widget on many places in the same time.

Pros

Easy to use due to clear UI for both staff and visitors.

Cons

Nothing to be mentioned here until now. So far so good!

Pros

I replaced my existing chat widget. Consolto is early in their dev process, but still extremely responsive to feedback, and the roadmap is solid. The app does more, at a lower price, than my existing solution did. It's so critical to be able to meet clients where they are, as immediately as possible, and Consolto has made that process easier for me.

Cons

I'm excited for a mobile solution. If I had to choose one downside, that would be it.

I needed to be able to have one-on-one video chats with clients from my website. Almost all the other services are either API's that require you to build a web app (which as a non-developer was not an option for me), or will send a visitor or client from your website to a separate website chat-room - or similar - in order to carry out the conversation. This presented another problem as I did not want to have one room that could be joined by other clients seeking video communication. Consolto allows for direct communication with all users and clients right from my site which is exactly what i need. Communication and support from Consolto itself has been fantastic.

Pros

Design and setup. I designed my small business website using wordpress, after countless hours of researching potential services that could provide video chat between myself and my clients, Consolto was the only one that allowed easy integration into a wordpress website. It was easy to setup, allowed for great customization and branding, and seamlessly worked with the design of my website. As my business grows, I can see the many ways in which Consolto can scale with it, including being able to integrate other communication channels like Facebook.

Cons

Currently, the dashboard is limited to the consolto website. It would be great to have mobile and desktop apps that would allow you to monitor and use consolto communication channels.

Consolto solves the communication problem between agents and customers at whatever channel they use. Agents can see the communication history with customers, and this knowledge dramatically improves the customer experience.

Pros

have tried several communication platforms and found Consolto to be mature with a good UI. I like the simplicity to embed the channel widget anywhere flawlessly.

Looking forward for some deliverables on the roadmap such as the mobile app, group video and voice transcription
