Cons - Sometimes it can be difficult to find settings within Xibo, especially in the left navigation bar as it gets quite long for users with full admin access. - The interface, while functional, can feel a bit dated in certain areas, and new users may need time to fully understand the layout editor and scheduling options. - At times, this widget stops refreshing layouts even though the connector remains authenticated, forcing us to manually refresh displays since the auto-refresh feature does not resolve the issue. - We have encounter bugs and issues with the hardware which mean that it does need maintenance (simple restarts most often) more often that i can attend to sometimes. Recommended if you are looking for a solution for multiple screens. The learning curve is too steep for a single screen. Good value for money. **Pros:** Xibo is robust digital signage software. You can rely on it. It always work smoothly with the recommend hardware. The great thing about Xibo is that it's open source, so you're not dependent on a single provider. **Cons:** The interface looks outdated and isn't very user-friendly. Even non-technical people find the interface easy to use and are quickly able to manage the content shown on the screens they are responsible for. **Cons:** Sometimes it can be difficult to find settings within Xibo, especially in the left navigation bar as it gets quite long for users with full admin access.
