Integrates with RSS feeds, which makes it very easy to show updated headlines along with videos and pictures Cons The layout designer is not as intuitive as it should be. Pros Xibo is a robust and low-cost alternative to expensive digital signage platforms and has evolved from a small open source project to a reliable SAAS product. Pros The software (CMS in the cloud) is easy to use. And the price is very low, compared to other companys (I have tested a lot, and XIBO is by far out the cheapest). Cons Haven't had any problems so far, that couldn't be solved by the helpdesk, or other mebers of the forum. But for someone needing all the features with a low price point, this is the way to go. Pros Xibo lets you make any kind of signage you can dream up to fit your specific needs, and having it self-hosted makes it very flexible and far more affordable than most other options. Cons The user interface is a challenge for me, and I could never fully train people where they didn't make mistakes or have to come to me for help.
