Overall - fabulous! I have other members of the team with access and they are comfortable navigating the system and doing what they need to do- great for non accountants as well as accountants!

Pros

I love the user interface, it’s easy to use and navigate. The reporting is great. I like the adjustments (accruals, etc) and how they can be simply reversed. Team members can enter their own expenses, and other invoices for payment. You can set up approval processes too. Attaching pdf copies of invoices and other documents is really easy. I used the year end reporting for the first time this year and it helped me tremendously, reducing the time spent explaining to my independent examiner because everything came from ExpensePlus! I love the budgeting method too. Bank reconciliation is simple and using payment processors for credit cards etc is also very easy to account for. We have two churches, and using transaction groups allows me to create separate accounts for each if I wish to. I can also split out categories using transaction groups where necessary. Very powerful tool. The level of support is fabulous too , either suggesting ways around an issue I have or implementing improvements very quickly.

Cons

I wish it was easier to get year on year comparisons each month rather than just annually. It would be good to be able to add graphs etc to the year end reports.
