June 5, 2020 5.0 As the administrator for our account and a Best Money Moves participant, I have had a great experience with the platform over the past few years. The implementation process was made very easy and the customer service support has been great. Any questions that are asked are responded to quickly and we have never had an issue with the platform to-date. Pros Best Money Moves has provided our employees with a user-friendly and simple way to assist in tracking their budget and understanding their financial stressors. Our employees love the monthly contests and the ability to have access to so many important and up-to-date financial resources. We have continued to receive great feedback from our employee participants and constant support from the Best Money Moves customer service team. Cons I don't have any cons for Best Money Moves. I think if you have no money education or expertise, it can be a good launching point. But if you have an intermediate or better knowledge, other sources are better to consult. Pros Layout and usability are welcoming. Invites the user to try the software and explore the content. Cons The quality of the advice and strategies in articles are less than I would have expected. I don't expect as much from glancing at the titles now and don't investigate further than I have a few times. They answered several questions I had wanted to know about. There is a good variety of topics for every age group. Pros I enjoy the articles on various topics you have. Moving around in the different sections is very simple. This was a good source for retirement related questions I had. Cons I do not have any negative comments at this time. Cons I wish there was a functionality which linked to a participant’s bank account, credit cards, etc. instead of manually updating those fields.
