I am content with the use of uberwriter compared to old income calc options

Pros

The fact that everything is all in one place. I am not flipping programs to do REO income calcs.

Cons

Sometimes it is a little glitch and the buttons don't always work on the first click.

It's great to have the same tool as the underwriter to calculate income

Pros

It makes calculating income so much easier.

Cons

To print the report you have to pick save and then open. I wish it was a one button click

Using UberWriter has made my job easier as an underwriter with its advanced technology, easily navigated site and support at your fingertips.

Pros

If professionalism and precision. Everything is at your fingertips and completing the task and being able to upload it into our doc system could not be easier. The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate which has been a pet peeve of mine in past sites we've used. The presentation is professional and I hope its around to stay

Cons

There's not much I would change about this software.

Pros

UberWriter is so easy to use. Very streamlined.

Cons

I have only one complaint. Every time I log in, UberWriter says I need to change my password.

Very good! Really enjoyed the blog posts/information emails. Love that I felt like I was able to keep up with some of the always-changing guidelines. Customer service was always extremely responsive.

Pros

Mostly easy to use; really like some of the helpful popups when it came to inputting self employed or other variable income. Extremely helpful information and guidance.

Cons

Only thing I did not love was that the naming of a file and assigning different types of income was not very intuitive. Seems I had to stumble around a bit.

This software allows me to instantly calculate even the most complicated income, correctly!

Cons

I would like to have rental calculation sheets also

The layout is good and the text is easy to read and it is very beneficial in underwriting files.

Cons

Net income calculator is not there and it would also need a calculator for accurate percentage.
