They say they want to keep the tools as simple as possible. It is important to me to have a tool that is easy to use not like some of the other tools on the market which got super complicated and hard to use. Pros They have a super simple pricing model which is much better than what other time tracking tools offer. Some of the competitors charge 12 USD/user whereas Quidlo charges 29 USD/month for unlimited users. Cons There are a few features that competitors have and Quidlo don’t but it is nothing major I couldn’t live without. Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Manager Banking Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Quidlo Timesheets gives you all you actually need" August 22, 2022 5.0 I've been using Quidlo Timesheets for years, and I have not yet found another time tracker that is at the same time functional, easy to use and affordable. Maybe other apps have more fancy features (which I do really not need), but for a much higher price. Pros Ease of use is Quidlo’s Timesheet core feature. It is sophisticated enough to support all of our needs, but at the same time it is so easy to use. It is far better than spreadsheet-based methods. Cons Nothing not to like. Time tracking is not the most enjoyable part of the job, and Quidlo Timesheets makes it just less unpleasant. Pros Sie ist einfach und schnell zu bedienen und lässt sich nahtlos in Google Workspace integrieren. Cons Der automatische Time-Tracker (Uhr) ist nicht notwendig. Den vergisst man abzuschalten und rapportiert dann falsche Zeiten. Easy to get familiar with. They have outstanding customer support, I sent them two bug reports, both of them had excellent response time and got fixed quickly. Pros It works well with Google Workspace apps which is our main app ecosystem. Cons Reports could be done better. You can export them to PDF and Excel files but the way they look could be improved.
