Marketing / Customer service Sports Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Golf-Booing maintaining golf reservations" October 10, 2020 5.0 I've been using it from very beginning and I had to admit that the software is implementing new solutions all the time. They take the client suggestions into consideration and try to implement them. The company do their best to meet clients' expectations. Pros The software is very practical and functional when it comes to tee time reservations. First of all it is easy to use. It gives its users the possibility of checking tee times reservation, online booking (tee times and melex as well) , signing the tournaments (if the organizer enables it) and finally paying for the booking. I use Golf booking for maintain golf reservation in the golf course reception and I am really satisfied with. I can book tee times easily, modify the hours, add new players. I can adjust the intervals of tee times and prices, opening hours of the club- it's not fixed by the producer. There is a possibility of managing the membership. The software enables us to add different membership and assign them to a particular member. Additionally, there is an option of group reservation and tournament reservation that I like very. It's useful and saves time while maintaining these reservations. The following thing is that there is no need to click every player to confirm the status of the reservation: if it was cancelled / signed out, etc. we can do for the flight via one click:). What is more, the admin can maintain the carts: book them for the players, or block them if they are out of use. Additionally, we can display the reservation in the club on the screen, print the tickets for the players. My opinion concerns mainly the point of view of admin of the golf course, but our members also use it and they don't make comments. Cons It should be faster while loading and implementing changes. Even reported topics are quickly checked by the GolfBooking service Pros I like transparency, ease of operation, and access to many options in the GolfBooking system. This program is a great solution. Cons I like everything, everything works as it should. I haven't comments. At this point, the organization of the game is not a problem for me. With a clear conscience I can recommend to anyone. Pros Ease of use, many configuration options.
