It doesn't work and is effectively worthless. Like, poke it with a stick and nothing. Zero help. Zero support. This wouldn't be so awful if we could just part ways but you can't. You have to sit with a year contract for nothing. No product. No support. No service. Most people don't care and sign up for this so they can tell their boss they bought a reputation management platform. We care and it doesn't do anything. Pros The setup people were very nice and attentive. That's where it all ends. Cons It just doesn't work. It's that simple. It was fully down for a couple of months and no one told us and when we asked for help it was crickets. No worries, we try software all the time, we'll just cancel it and move on with the lesson learned. Nope. There's no 30-day out. You're stuck paying for a full YEAR, and in our case that's around $5k. For nothing. Reasons for choosing Opiniion The sales people were nice and we were convinced by the pitch that the soft touch of the smiley faces would solicit more feedback. It didn't. We never got a single month's worth of use or value out of it. 8 months later I'm counting the weeks until I can free up the expense to use a different platform that does something. You are able to reply directly to resident Cons Sends reviews to all past residents. Sending reviews to past residents that were evicted gives a big impact on reviews as they will most likely give a bad on.
