### "AYS is a great off-the-shelf product than fullfilled almost all our needs....."

Pros

The software has a lot of inventory and repair databases features built into the system that can be turned on and off easily as needed. It’s a very intuitive software to use. Customer service is great...!!

Cons

There are no major complaints with the software or company. There are a few additional features we would love to have that are specific to our company, but to get these features we would have to pay to have a programmer or software development firm handsomely to customize a product for us. However, AYS’s team has put into play some of the features we have requested over the years.

Reason for choosing AYS software

Our company uses QuickBooks for invoicing and monitoring the financial flow of our company. However, QuickBooks is not an ideal software, or better stated: is not designed for inventorying parts or equipment to be serviced. We searched far and wide and no product evenly remotely came close to meeting our needs. Honest assessment - no PR-campaign hype.

The best. I would not be able to run the company without AYS and Quickbooks

Pros

I like the way that AYS uses Modules that you can allow or block users from. I like the way that AYS tries to be as generic as possible allowing us to use it the way that is best for us. Quickbooks exporting I really like the ability to customize the statuses and the flow of the statuses. I like the way that we are able to customize the service codes I like the ability to attach files to an RO

Cons

When we return a unit to a customer unrepaired we have to manually remove the pricing instead of AYS doing it for us. New employees sometimes send a unit back unrepaired with a repair price still attached to the invoice which can startle the customer.

Reason for choosing AYS software

At the time, it was the only product that was available that I was aware of. I believe it was 2004.

reports for each unit, no calendar, it is made for a camera repair shop not a semi truck and trailer repair

### "Personalization of Functions"

Have been using AYS prior to 2006 and have only had one real problem with software, we out grew our version, and lost some data due to a crash.

Pros

I can keep track of our entire service team and the progression of the repairs with all four of our locations.

Cons

We have customized alot of the service status which makes the general reports obsolete. Would like the ability to make reports to match our changes without having to go thru AYS support and paying for the changes.

the ease to integrate all our locations onto one database and overall functionality.

This was the only software I found after trying out a dozen or more softwares that suited my electronic repair business. Keep up the great work AYS.

Waiting for 4.0 to arrive. Long wait. I know the team is working hard on this already,
