Pros

Its easy to use and the support has been tremendous. Everytime I needed assistance the support team would be reachable even after hours and during weekends

Cons

If we could have offline mode that would make life a lot easier. At times we need to conduct assessments on site without internet connectivity.

Pros

I love how user friendly it is - very suitable to our blue-collar based environment. Images/design is also very clever - very engaging

Cons

My only recommendation is that we were told grief and loss was a module available for us however it is still in development along with another couple of modules. Tip would be to have an "available now" and "currently being drafted" etc - so that people can see what is currently available - I only state this as it wasn't clear until i questioned :) ps this isn't a negative, just something that i noticed.
