Txtsync has allowed me to reach and manage a large customer base which has been invaluable in connecting with them on a personal level - whilst being incredibly efficient and cost effective. Pleasantly suprised how well it integrates into Microsoft Dynamics without any headaches.

Pros

I can manage my client base from my computer and everything is stored on my CRM so I don't have to use multiple devices or have to log any conversations manually any more. I didn't send many texts out previously as it was so time consuming. Texting is considerably more interpersonal than an email though so my response rate for business opportunities has raised significantly compared to emails and it's a lot quicker.

Cons

There hasn't been any major issues. Tech support has always been available and very helpful to address any problems which were usually user error on my behalf. It's pretty straightforward so not much can go wrong.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this application TxtSync. Their approval process can take well over a week and their support response time is very much the same. I've been reviewing text connectors with PowerApps/Automate and this is very much ranking at the bottom of the list at the moment.

The pricing seems good in comparison to other serives

Very poor no customer supportApproval time is way past what would be deemed reasonable

I wanted easy SMS system to integrate into my CRM (Zoho CRM) using Zapier. This is exactly what I got - does what it says on the tin.

Pros

Easy to use and integrate, low cost and has decent reporting.

Cons

need more other country inbound sms numbers

We've recently started using TxtSync and we love how easily we can configure our bulk texts, and see them synchronising across to Dynamics 365 using a Microsoft Flow template.

Pros

The ability to quickly configure bulk messages and synchronise the texts with our other line of business plaforms, such as Dynamics 365, using Microsoft Flow.

Cons

We haven't found any yet, but we've only just started using it.

TxtSync were an absolute life saviour for my business when I wanted to really explore enhancing my customer relationship. I was able to quickly send out a text message to my customers in seconds! Would recommend to anyone looking at sending text messages

Easy to use system, affordable, no monthly contract and support was always on hand

I can not find anything to fault with txtsync
