Overall, my experience with SocialBu has been largely positive. The platform's responsive customer support has been a standout feature, ensuring that any issues I encounter are promptly addressed. I appreciate the ability to manage a large number of accounts, which is a huge plus for anyone handling multiple social media profiles. The ability to set up queued posts is another impressive feature that helps streamline the content scheduling process.

Ease of creating and working together on posts AI generation of post images works really well Post scheduling perfect

Cons

Real need to allow admins to post to waiting approval so that other admins can approve -we have to do this outside the system right now Really needs a linkedin to twitter converter built in

Great customer service and fantastic application, would recommend for anyone struggling to post to multiple platforms for multiple clients efficiently.

Pros

Value for money, made my workflow much faster and super easy to link all your relevant accounts. Scheduling posts is an ease and managing my social media accounts are nice as I can see feeds of any comments or messages on the app as well.

Cons

When you create a team, in my case I added my clients, then the clients also receive marketing material because they had to register on the application to receive access to the team for content approvals and they had asked me numerous times why they were receiving these emails.

Pros

It's a very useful planner. It helps me every day to plan social media posts for multiple accounts and shorten my time with these tasks at my job. It's easy to use and has a good price.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about the app so far. Maybe just the fact that my Instagram account disconnects from the app from time to time and I have to reconnect.

SocialBu is a lifesaver for me as a small business. I have used HootSuite as a professional communications specialist/social manager and didn't realize how astronomical the price is for that platform now. I used ChatGPT to analyze affordable social schedulers and SocialBu was top rated and I have to agree. Thank you for providing a very helpful tool at such a realistic price point. You are helping small businesses everywhere by remaining affordable!

Pros

SocialBu is a workhorse of a platform and a stellar value for money at its very reasonable price point. It's super easy to use and is especially useful for small businesses and solo creative projects like the podcast I just launched. I am really impressed with all of the platforms it can be paired with as well.

Cons

The user interface is a little bit clunky and sometimes it takes me a while to find what I am looking for. The menus/navigation is not super intuitive. I forget where different features live and the words used on the menus don't always jog my memory so I end up clicking through everything until I see a screen I recognize as being the one I am looking for. Sometimes accounts randomly become disconnected and don't seem to be able to be reconnected without deleting them from SocialBu and re-adding.

Really enjoying the visual scheduler and calendar functionality, that's the greatest boon for the service. I've tried many of these tools in the past and SocialBu does seem to cut a lot of the extraneous chaff that you often get and just focus on the basics, which is very welcome.

Pros

Really enjoying using SocialBu after trying a huge number of similar tools in my time. The visual scheduler is especially valuable, along with the ability to add multiple profiles quickly and simply.

Cons

I haven't stretched the tool to any great lengths, but I did have some issues in setting up Bluesky integrations. Some clearer tutorials would be helpful.

ok for the cost. Some features are very limited and you would have to upgrade in order to make them work

Pros

being able to provide a link for people to add their social media account, this has made it much easier to reconnect accounts.

Cons

it is not easy to see which accounts did not post. It is not a friendly calendar. I also do not like that I can't add tags to my accounts.

It's been good. I sincerely appreciate your discount for non-profits and the not-too-difficult process for getting that approval.

Pros

We have found SocialBU to be very effective for posting to multiple social media accounts simultaneously. We sincerely appreciate their support for non-profits.

Cons

The Teams/Accounts/Users is confusing to me. I feel like there should be a central place to add Accounts and Users then assign them to teams, rather than having all of them under "Teams". But maybe that's just me.

I did a lot of researching for a high volume account / low cost scheduling option. One of my clients has 16+ accounts (they have lots of little soccer competitions), so we didnt need something with all the bells and whistles, just needed to be able to schedule couple posts a week coming into competition period, and as a startup / small business, something that didnt break the bank. It's been great and really happy to have found Socialbu.

Pros

SocialBu has been a game-changer for managing multiple business accounts. It makes switching between a high volume of profiles effortless, and the ability to plan content ahead saves me both time and stress. It’s simple to use, efficient, and delivers great value for money.

Cons

I think there's still some development teething. It's a good platform, very simple and streamlined (which makes it good). Things like; - Introducing tagging to post; this makes reporting for partners, types of content, campaigns etc. easier. - Introducing schedule with notification; for stories, this allows content creators to schedule stories, receive a notification but be able to manually upload for things like (wanting to add polls, stickers etc) - Adding in 'calendar notes'; means you can put in miletstones (ie. fathers day etc) so that you know what days are coming up and dont forget

the team is quick to respond when i have technical issues (which are minimal). i've had a positive experience overall.

Pros

affordability in comparison to its competitors, ease of use, and simple interface for scheduling out content.

Cons

there isn't anything that i can think of off of the top of my head, any issue ive had in the past was quickly resolved.
