The fact that they are not trying to refund me is making the experience terrible. I wish they could put effort into this, then I would actually not complain. Pros There is not much to like, they are becoming super expensive for things you could have done for free in the past. Cons The fact that they did not want to help me at all with a refund. Miscommunication on the website itself lead to me subscribing for a free trial which ended up not being one, now they do not want to refund me - and it was R2000! I will never recommend PDF Reader Pro to anybody. No app is worth that much money, and above that, they are not willing to refund.
