Excellent.

Pros

Organization in all aspects. keeping track of everything texted, times, scheduling, lead management--even between vendors.

Cons

Cost, phone calls are static sounding and low quality when pitching, as well as the lack of explanation when an SMS gets blocked by a certain server. New software, problems and glitches are going to happen and I understand that.

Good CRM with a fairly easy set up. The app is awesome and super easy to navigate. Love the ability to store so many automated responses.

Pros

The most impactful feature is the ability to keep building my funnel while I focus on other streams of revenue. The automated text responses to my new lead drops and the ability to do drip campaigns is HUGE for my business.

Cons

I don't like that the caller's number doesn't come through on forwarded calls to my cell. It's frustrating that I have to open the app to see who called me. Automated notifications to stop drips on holidays would be super helpful too.

Excellent overall experience. Very intuitive and user friendly. Easy to read dashboard and reports.

Pros

I utilize iSales daily to capture and qualify leads. I like the drip marketing feature and the fact that it allows me to work smarter, not harder. iSales is like having another set of eyes and ears on my leads so that none fall through the cracks. I have recommended this software to my colleagues.

Cons

Unable to integrate with VanillaSoft CRM, so I utilize Textdrip for this function.

I like the automated actions, ability to set things up one time and have them applied over and over again.

Cons

There have been a few times where it has been buggy ab out sending messages or dialing calls hasn't worked, but those are few and far between.

I THINK ITS A BIT TOO EXPENSIVE. I THINK THER WOULD BE MORE USERS IF IT WAS MORE REASONABLY PRICED. LIKE HAVE A DISCOUNT FOR THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AT LEAST.

The training is self-serve and support is only done online so you can't talk to a real person.

Pros

The functionality of the SMS drips works pretty well. The email piece works similarly but I haven't used it. I use this to complement the CRM system that I use because iSales does drip marketing better.

Cons

I would not select this as my primary CRM system because it lacks that functionality as compared to other CRM systems. This seems like a good drip marketing tool that some people use for basic CRM functions, but if you're used to Salesforce, Vanillasoft, or another true CRM system, then do view this as a replacement for those.

Again, I think iSalesCRM is a software that works for you, being efficient and highly organized. It is a great way to keep track of your progress and the reports are very detailed and incredibly detailed.

Pros

The best thing about the iSalesCRM software is that it literally does the work for you! You set up your messages, the timing they get sent out, and how frequently they do ONCE. After the initial set up of the numerous features integrated into this software for efficiency, the software works FOR you from there on out.

Cons

The biggest con is that if you don't have a high internet speed, it will work very slowly.

I'm pretty pleased. I was concerned before I joined, but I'll be keeping them. I have felt it was well worth the money overall.

Pros

Alerts are quick, dispositioning leads is simple. Scheduling and notating is a breeze.

Cons

Layout could be a little cleaner, getting refunds on bad leads...still waiting to get any...and it takes a while to learn the system and set up. Not as difficult as other systems though.

I like the ability to upload your own personalized contact list. This application has great automation incorporated into every type of transaction you want to set up. This application is a huge time saver and I love having more time!!!

I want to give iSalesCRM all the credit for my success. They have been a pivotal component to my ongoing production and I would not be able to convert at the rate I’m converting without it. The follow-up component is probably my favorite aspect of this software because it allows me to touch as many clients as possible in as little time as possible. Great software!

Pros

I love the fact that this software is extremely easy to use! I haven’t seen a CRM service that was so easy to use, it’s literally a plug and play service!

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints at all. It does everything I need it to do!

Overall this product increased my sales by double year over year. I never had a problem with the software and super easy to use. I tell everyone I know in sales to get it.

Pros

The best part is the follow up aspect. Sometime as an agent following up with leads fall through the cracks. Not so with this software.

Cons

Nothing that really jumps out. I think it was worth every penny.

I’ve worked with numerous CRMs and just felt this one was a little antiquated.

I love how it helps with day to day activities. It is the most important software that I use on a daily basis.

I think they should do a plan that gives you unlimited monthly text. The amount per tectonic is pretty high and you go through a ton of money if you are using the software accurately.

What I value most is the ease of drip campaigns. Being able to reach a large number of people effortlessly is key. Being able to follow up with these people effortlessly is even better.

Cons

The mobile app could be improved a little more. You can not change much or see blocked messages or even disposition through the mobile app.

You are able to contact hundreds of clients per day in just minutes. The organization of the CRM is very neat and simple to learn.

Cons

The price is very high. When you have a high volume amount texts/calls per day you start to pay a lot more than expected.
