iSales is a great program for reaches leads in the masses and it also helps in weeding out the leads that are not in the market.

Pros

Ability for leads to be automatically routed to your iSales account and texted immediately. Also, being able to send out mass text messages to leads with disposition tags.

Cons

Not being able to reorder my preset replies.

The texting is the best feature. I love the texting and it really helps with lead management.

I hate the fact that we have to keep adding money for texts and calls apart from the $99/month

I like being able to text and email through one location. I like that I receive full name address and contact information.

Cons

I have not been able to respond from my phone. I am sure it is because I just don't know how to set it up. In all fairness, I have not reached out to support for assistance.

Just have been using the basics functions to manage new leads from multiple sources.

Pros

It allows me to manage my leads sources by tracking the overall value of each leads and source. It helps me manage the lead vendor and helps them guide their resources as well.

Cons

The software is a bit clunky looking and so it is not quite as easy to use, but again I am a new user, so that should change over time. It is really the only software of its type I have used.

ISales CRM is a invaluable tool that helps me track my leads and my clients. It enables me to quickly contact fresh leads and stay in touch with older ones. Phone system is easy to manage.

Pros

The software is great about tracking and following leads, email and sms marketing are great.

Cons

Appointment system needs to be updated. Simplified management of marketing and drip systems would be helpful.

User friendly interface, self explanatory and phenomenal customer service

Cons

The return on investment takes a bit longer than phone sales, however, this is hardly a con, as there is far less effort when things are automatic.

1st month was hopping with the leads and then most numbers are being returned for replacement.

Pros

I like the software, a lot, but the leads are worth what you pay for I guess....I would rather pay more and get more phone numbers that are not disconnected or wrong numbers.

Cons

I like the software, it’s a great tool Very easy to navigate and limits dialing!

so far so good. What I love most is the dedication and commitment of isales team to helping train and make the transitions smooth.

Pros

It does everything I have spent a couple years trying to manage. It does so much it is a little overwhelming at first.

Cons

A little overwhelming at first with all the features. BUT I LOVE ITS CAPABILITIES. Billing is confusing.

Pros

I LOVE using iSales. It's super easy to keep all my leads organized. I'm all for saving trees so the more that I don't have to write things down on paper, the better. iSales makes this totally possible and manageable. During open enrollment season it's often easy to get all your leads mixed up and this last season it was completely smooth.

Cons

The making of disposition tags is kind of confusing, even when I took the training multiple time. If a simpler way to that could be rolled out, that would be great.

iSales is a useable CRM but it can be a lot better. I believe it costs a little too much for the value I'm given

Pros

I like the drip campaign and the dashboard main functions.

Cons

Calendar isn't as useful as it could be. Very hard to schedule appointments and or they are lost for no reason.

the cost of everything has been a little much, phone lines and text messages along with the monthly pricing. Then the referral credit expire without being told that. Lot of hidden charges

Though my experience with software like this is limited, I do think that iSales is a very well built, user-friendly, and efficient software program.

Pros

Personally the bulk message and disposition tagging is most useful. It has expedited my client out reach and made all work actions more efficient. This feature also allows me to organize clients in to categories based on need and timeline in accordance to my schedule.

Cons

The occasional lags and constant updates are at time frustrating and hinder my business.
