Pros
The customer service from set up and beyond is quick, efficient and friendly. It is has been a good addition to help us better serve our clients and a helpful tool for our receptionists.
The ability to pull a client's chart up automatically when they call, not only saves time, but also ensures both accuracy and quality customer care.
The time we save by not having to look up each client in our practice software is awesome. It keeps our front desk staff one step a head and allows you to be best prepared.
The most amazing thing about this software is that I typically have the client's Avimark file pulled up before I'm done with my greeting.
Cons
Duplicate client records due to spelling errors, not hearing the name correctly have all but been eliminated.
The only slightly negative aspect that I will mention- it does take several seconds or approximately on second ring for the Fetchit software to show up on our monitors.
If you are picking up phone calls quickly there is a slight delay.
The only problem that we have experienced is it quits working on our thin client computers after the server is restarted. We then have to take some steps to get it back up and working.

"Invaluable, especially during COVID-19"
Overall: Fetchit speeds the entire process of answering calls up immensely. We used to always have that awkward conversation to get the client's name (spelled correctly) and the pet's name (also spelled correctly!) to pull them up in our system. An added benefit is that it cuts down on clients with poor payment history sneaking back in, claiming they've never been here before, when their file immediately pops up with the call!
Pros: The most amazing thing about this software is that I typically have the client's Avimark file pulled up before I'm done with my greeting. So when they start telling me what is going on with their pet, I am more than ready. It is also helpful during COVID-19, while we are not allowing clients into the building and doing everything by phone. We know immediately if the client is already in our system or not when they call. We have a record of the phone number that they called from and the time in history, if we failed to get the correct phone number when they initially called in. We can update their information with new phone numbers.
Cons: I do wish that it would pull up all phone numbers in the system. It doesn't pull up the spouse phone number. I've worked around this by entering that into the work number, but that would be extremely helpful, especially now.

"Worth Every Penny!"
Pros: Fetchit has made our office run much more efficiently. Receptionist are able to see the client calling and have their account pulled up before they even answer the phone. It helps us be better prepared to assist the client and helps our day flow much more smoothly. We also love that it keeps a log of the calls so we can look back in case a phone number was transcribed incorrectly or a call was disconnected. Our receptionist say we can never get rid of it!
Cons: Every so often Fetchit is slow to keep up with the phones and the number pops up very delayed-maybe 30 seconds after call is answered.

Overall: We have had a great experience. This is one of the few implementations which pays for itself quickly.
Pros: This software has allowed us to provide a more personal service through a time of rapid growth. We built our business based on personal service. This is often hard to maintain, as one grows. This software allowed us to do just that.
Cons: I cannot think of anything that we don't like. There are ways that we could more fully utilize the software. (staff training for call conversion ratios etc.)

Overall: Overall the experience with Fetchit has been great. The customer service from set up and beyond is quick, efficient and friendly. It is has been a good addition to help us better serve our clients and a helpful tool for our receptionists.
Pros: The ability to pull a client's chart up automatically when they call, not only saves time, but also ensures both accuracy and quality customer care. The downloading of the Fetchit software and integration with our veterinary software (Cornerstone) was quite easy. It did require a little bit of work to hook the caller ID box up to our phone network, but nothing too difficult. You are also able to track which staff is most often taking calls with this system as well as some useful office/staff analytics.

"Increased efficiency "
Pros: Fetchit makes it incredibly easy to "fetch" client's charts which not only saves our CSR's time but allows them to personalize the conversation from the get go. The reporting functions offered by Fetchit help tremendously in scheduling (what time of the day do you receive most of your calls? Fetchit knows!) and employee compliance.
Cons: I really can't think of anything I can put here. This software has made my job and all of our CSR's jobs much easier.

Overall: Fetchit has made my job a lot easier. Phone calls are now extremely quick and efficient.
Pros: Fetchit is so easy to use and makes pulling up a customers account so fast! You can customize settings and go back through history if you need to which is by far my favorite feature.
Cons: I do wish that when you add unlisted numbers to an account Fetchit would register it faster.
