“Raiseaticket beats expectations”

OverallWe liked this software so much, that we ended up using it for all internal departments, along with pitching it to our clients for them to use.
ProsVersatility, cost & ease to use. A package that holds much more than we could have expected.
ConsThere's not much one can not like about this software. There is some room for improvement on templates, but nothing major.
