Neat.

Pros

Product setup is straight forward and easy, and that is its asset.

Cons

Replying to an email, sometimes creates new ticket thread. Also, the size allocated is low and we can't do anything since its under trial

Pros

It's fast, snappy and most importantly intuitive, new users are able to pick it up in a matter of minutes. It has all the features that may be required in a ticketing system, and then some.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything in particular that I would change about Raise A Ticket, it is a highly polished ticketing system.

I am a team of 1 at a small/medium size non-profit. I needed a quick, easy system for tracking tickets and my KPIs. The platform was easy to set up, easy to use, and the dashboard navigation is intuitive. Could not be happier!

Pros

For a non-profit cost is key. We are currently using the free version of this product and it does everything we need it to.

Cons

The only issue was that the server is based in the Netherlands so we had to adjust our Geo-Filtering on our firewall. Just a minor tweak to fix it though!

We liked this software so much, that we ended up using it for all internal departments, along with pitching it to our clients for them to use.

Pros

Versatility, cost & ease to use. A package that holds much more than we could have expected.

Cons

There's not much one can not like about this software. There is some room for improvement on templates, but nothing major.

Pros

The level of features on the free tier is excellent. It does the job with no fuss and no complicated setup.

Cons

In the version we had, there wasn't a way to have custom fields for tickets. Also, there wasn't a widget that could be embedded on our website.

Extremely happy with the solution, and the onboarding experience.

Pros

It was easy to get used to the UI, as well as to setup everything and show our client how to use it. It helps mainly with easily managing communication with customers.

Cons

There is nothing in particular I don’t like. The reason is that we use two main features and they’re perfect. It’s also free to get started.

Experience is amazing but I believe need to switch to other ticketing portal Due to size limitations

Pros

Easy and user friendly. Almost features listed what are required.

Cons

Limitations of the ticket Quota. Due to limit quote for tickets, unable to use it for longer time I guess.

We use it for internal technical support in our small company. We fix our employee's software and hardware issues based on the tickets they raise. It is free and have been working out perfectly for us.

Pros

It is easy to use and free. I like the feature that, I can make anyone the agent, and they can help me out in supporting our staff.

Cons

I can't find the Delete User option. I don't know if it has limits for number of users we can add in free version, but, I have currently 33 users on my account.

Cloud based helpdesk that's affordable is great for every businesses! The software is feature packed and will be more than enough for your needs.

Cons

I found that sometimes I wasn't receiving the password reset links, and found it a hard to get set up as there aren't many resources to get started with.
