### "RallyUp is great for nonprofits"

I am on the Board of my local animal shelter and was looking for a way to host quick raffles to help raise money for unforeseen medical costs and events to help raise money for the shelter. I created 2 raffles that each ran for about 3 weeks. It was really easy to set up and monitor and RallyUp can even draw the winner for you, They can also notify the winner and thank all those who supported your efforts. Cons

Waiting 90 days for a check to the nonprofit.

Pros

This software is extremely user friendly to both users and admins. The ease of experience creates a well-flowing donor experience that reflects positively on us. Additionally, the look and feel of this software is elevated.

Cons

I currently can't think of anything that I necessarily dislike about rally up.

It was nice that that when I needed help anyone on the chat was very quick to respond.

Cons

Perhaps the percentage of cut? I've also heard from my colleagues that the payment processing takes a while and it takes long to receive the check.

Pros

Nothing at all- took ages to set up and wasn’t clear or forthright with how things needed to be done.

Cons

wasted mine and my donors time and money. Terrible communication and cohesion within the site.

Our overall experience is excellent: Their customer support team often answers our questions in under an hour -- they are so quick!

Pros

Our organization switched from our legacy software to RallyUp this year and drastically increased our efficiency in managing a somewhat cumbersome project. Our raffle ticket sales are up over last year already with a month left in the raffle, and we've spent a lot less time managing it. We love the layout of the website, the ease-of-use for purchasers, and the customer service.

Cons

I wish we could remove the "W" in front of the raffle ticket number before exporting a spreadsheet, but it's easy to filter that out in a spreadsheet.
