Les menus dans le volet catalogue ont bien étés pensés pour offrir de la flexibilité pour insérer beaucoup de contenu et aussi mettre des conditions intéressantes selon le parcours du participant.

Pros

Les rapports sont variés et les fonctions de filtre sont pertinentes. La page d'accueil présente diverses tailles de vignette que l'on peut altérer et un bandeau d'accueil où on peut faire un carrousel d'images.

Cons

Les étapes pour se créer un compte alors qu'on est sur le point d'acheter une formation manque de fluidité.

J'utilise de plus en plus la plateforme et me familiarise avec les différents modules. Je prévois augmenter mon offre de cours dans les prochains mois et développer ma visibilité.

Pros

La plateforme me permet de mieux gérer mes formations en ligne et les inscriptions aux formations en personne. Elle permet une intégration de contenu varié : documents, vidéos, paquets SCORM, webinaires, certificats, badge, PowerPoint, doc pdf. etc. Elle est intégrée avec Stripe pour les paiements. De plus, c'est une plateforme québécoise, créée par deux femmes!

Cons

Comme la plateforme offre plusieurs possibilités, c'est parfois complexe de se retrouver dans la programmation des cours, mais l'équipe Uxpertise est disponible pour nous aider.

Dans l’ensemble, il s’agit d’une bonne expérience globale, marquée par la qualité des outils mis à disposition. Ce qui ressort également, c’est le bon soutien à la clientèle de l’équipe, disponible pour répondre rapidement aux questions ou pour clarifier certains points plus techniques.

Pros

Facilité de paiement avec la connexion d'un compte Stripe, des rapports détaillés exportables en Excel et un tableau de bord clair. Les paramètres sont avancés et permettent des sondages, des examens, bref tout ce qui répond à nos besoins.

Cons

Ce n’est pas très intuitif au premier abord, et il est normal de se sentir un peu perdu lorsqu’on essaie de naviguer dans l’interface ou de comprendre toutes les options disponibles. Plutôt que de tâtonner ou de perdre du temps à chercher à l’aveuglette, mieux vaut prendre un moment pour télécharger et consulter les guides fournis. Ces documents sont conçus pour accompagner étape par étape, avec des explications claires et des exemples concrets qui rendent l’apprentissage plus simple et beaucoup plus efficace.

Mon expérience globale avec Uxpertise LMS est positive. La plateforme est intuitive, bien structurée et répond aux besoins essentiels en formation en ligne. Malgré quelques limites techniques et de personnalisation, l’outil reste fiable et efficace pour la gestion et le suivi des apprentissages.

Pros

J’ai apprécié l’interface intuitive, la personnalisation des parcours, les outils d’évaluation intégrés et le support technique efficace. L’intégration avec d’autres outils est également un atout.

Cons

Quelques limites comme la personnalisation restreinte de l’interface, un manque de flexibilité dans certains contenus, et des lenteurs occasionnelles ont été remarquées, mais n’ont pas compromis l’efficacité globale de la plateforme.

Je viens d'arriver dans l'entreprise qui utilise cette plateforme et je commence donc à l'utiliser. Les fonctions de base sont assez simples à trouver, mais la plateforme est vaste et certains éléments ne sont pas instinctifs ou connaissent des bogues mineurs. Néanmoins, la plateforme a manifestement beaucoup de potentiel, et l'équipe semble prompte à la développer et à l'améliorer, ce qui augure bien pour l'avenir.

Pros

La plateforme offre beaucoup de possibilités, ce qui facilitera le développement de notre offre. Certaines automatisations potentielles nous aiderons à lisser nos processus.

Cons

Il est un peu difficile de se retrouver dans certaines sections de la plateforme. Actuellement, le partage des taxes est difficile à extraire, ce qui nuit à la comptabilité.

Nous avons pu faire un virage numérique en pleine pandémie, grâce à uxpetise. Ils ont été à l'écoute et très disponibles tout au long du processus. Nous avons maintenant un outil important qui vient dynamiser le potentiel d'affaires de notre entrerprise.

Pros

La plate-forme est relativement simple à configurer, elle offre toutes les fonctionnalités dont noous avons besoin. Le service la clientèle chez uxpertise est impeccable.

Cons

Il a fallu quand même une formation pour pouvoir bien naviguer dans la plateforme, quelques fonctions pourraient être améliorées, notamment au niveau visuel.
