I manage my VR business with Talkguest. It is very handy and easy. I sync the prices with all platforms (except my own site); I get the reserves on my time line with an immediate view of the progression of my month; I send automatic notifications to guests and to the cleaning crew; I also automatically notify the SEF services; I do the invoices; calculate Tourist Tax; well, and a plenty of more tasks needed to run the business.

Pros

The easy of use, the set of useful functionalities, all in one place, the management of almost all aspects of my business. It would be very hard to stand without Talkguest. I like this approach of managing my properties in an all-digital way.

Cons

The only thing that it is lacking is the integration with my own web site. They are promising it for soon but, until now, that feature is missing.

The talkguest solution is helping us to manage all our apartments. It help us to all the tasks regarding the apartment short term rental management and make our life and job easier!

Pros

What we like most in the solution is that it have been thought to the Portuguese reality too.

Cons

Difficult to get some screens (too many steps), reports
