"A Comprehensive Solution for Streamlined Hiring"
Overall: As a small but growing business without a dedicated recruitment team, the Hire platform has been a game-changer for us. It has empowered our operational managers to recruit efficiently and effectively. Most importantly, the candidates we've hired through this system have been excellent cultural fits, aligning perfectly with our goal to get the right people into the right teams.
Pros: The Hire platform is a one-stop solution for our recruitment needs. From managing a high volume of applications with ease to tracking a candidate's entire journey, it's got it all. The intuitive design is a standout feature, making sorting and filtering a breeze.When it comes to candidate tracking, the software doesn't miss a beat, covering all stages of the recruitment process while offering an easy-to-navigate interface. The candidate management feature is particularly strong, offering a detailed view of each candidate's history, which is invaluable for roles where work experience and skills matter more than formal qualifications.Finally, the candidate profile and application management sections are equally robust. Profiles are presented in a consistent yet individualised manner, and the application process is smooth and user-friendly. All in all, a highly recommendable platform for any recruitment needs.
Cons: While the platform excels in many areas, there is a minor inconvenience: the necessity to download resumes or cover letters to read them outside the platform. While not a deal-breaker, it's a small aspect that could be improved for an even smoother experience.

Overall: Compono has been an excellent addition to our organisation. Compono fits our organisational needs perfectly, from our Regulatory requirements to our training requirements, to our Budget needs, Compono is the training solution for us.
Pros: Compono was easy to set up, easy to use, easy to train other's how to manage and makes training our staff a breeze. Support has been fantastic, there has never been an issue that Compono has not been able to resolve in a timely manner.
Cons: The only difficulty with rolling out Compono was the invitation email went to our employees junk folders, which we cannot blame Compono for.

Pros: The platform is really easy to use and was adaptable to our complicated model despite its simplicity. Really clean interface which learners and administrators appreciate. The support team is fast and committed in resolving issues, providing focused support where we have unique use cases. We are a charity and use the platform for online learning for thousands of learners across Queensland.
Cons: Some access controls would benefit in being more granular. Feature roadmap would also be appreciated.

Overall: Overall the team is incredible and so accommodating to our needs, and also went the extra mile to offer some additional help in key areas. It was a great experience with the team and I would highly recommend working with them. Once the bugs are fixed we will work with them again.
Pros: Our team is heavily based on culture and understanding who is a good fit for our organisation when we hire. It was an amazing tool to identify what key things about our culture our team enjoyed and where we needed to put some work in. Once that was identified we could utilise our culture to identify if a applicant in our recruitment process was a good fit.
Cons: The only 2 things we didn't like were1. Inability to integrate paid linked-in recruitment applicants into the system automatically. 2. Bumpiness of applicants actually filing in the details. Multiple applicants both did not complete the application or partially completed it thinking they were done.

Overall: Reducing overhead costs. Building data to complement employee files/reviews/recruitment processes. A professional services firm whose owners are time poor, the Shortlsyter team has been fantastic in developing tailored HR processes to build our internal HR environment.
Pros: The Intuitiveness of the AI/software learning
Cons: For time poor users, onboarding use of software was an issue but note our business does not have high turnover, so we only use(d) the software on an as need basis.

Overall: Shortlyster has saved us both time and money with regards to our recruiting process. Alongside this, Shortlyster has improved our interviews with the extensive candidate data we now have. We can now narrow down our questions which helps us make better hiring decisions.
Pros: Shortlyster has significantly shortened our recruitment process. As a company, we don’t have to sift through lots of resumes and data, all of this is fast tracked with Shortlyster’s automated shortlisting technology.
Cons: There is nothing to-date that I didn't like about this software.

Overall: Shortlyster has significantly improved our hiring process with a better, data-driven understanding of our candidates.
Pros: The data that Shortlyster provides us on each candidate has eliminated our need to make gut feel decisions on choosing which candidate to hire.
Cons: Shortlyster is able to salary match and provide guidance on the salary range a candidate expects. However it would be ideal if this could be even more detailed so I am able to understand if a candidate is willing to negotiate.

Overall: Prior to using Shortlyster, our Directors would personally review each candidate. At the time we were hiring a new employee every month for 15 months. Introducing Shortlyster has easily saved 75% of my time allocated to recruitment and it gets the match right!
Pros: Shortlyster has helped us look beyond the skills fit to define the culture, personality and character fit needed for our business.
Cons: There’s nothing so far that I don’t like about Shortlyster.
