Pros

I love the presets. Not constantly having to retype the same message. I love that you can transfer from banker to banker.

Cons

I wish the notifications were better. Sometimes I am not notified at all when I have been in a convo and get a new response. I also wish that there was more information from the inquiry listed in the botsplash info tab such as if they are a VET or not.
