Excellente expérience au global. Selon son degré d'utilisation, on se sent à l'aise que ce soit pour une consultation ponctuelle ou une utilisation quotidienne.

Pros

Tout a été pensé et conçu par des personnes qui utilisent réellement le produit, et de nombreux développements semblent issus de retours clients tant la fonctionnalité est précise. C'est l'ensemble de ces "petits détails" qui au final donne une solution parfaitement adaptée à la gestion de l'inventaire, quelle que soit la taille de l'entreprise et ses spécificités.

Cons

Parfois un peu lent au chargement, et certaines granularités dans les intégrations/synchronisation, par exemple la possibilité de filtrer les les appareils Intune synchronisés par OS. Quelques axes d'amélioration également sur l'expérience utilisateur pour la "remise du matériel" lors de l'arrivée d'un nouvel employé (signature d'une charte, compte rendu du matériel remis etc..).

Bonne au global mais prise en main difficile, pas toujours intuitif et vraiment le chargement des pages est terriblement long

La liberté de personnalisation, le tarif lié au nombre d'actifs et non au nombre d'utilisateurs par exemple

Cons

La lenteur extrême (plusieurs secondes pour charger une page), la liberté de personnalisation qui induit des bugs

I spent almost 3 years looking at various software and we finally made the jump a year ago and switched from Fishbowl to Hector. Most Asset Tracking software assumes you buy parts, assemble them into other things and sell them. We don't. We have 2 categories: 1. we buy parts and consume them. 2. We buy equipment, move it around a lot, send it for maintenance, receive it back until it is scrapped. The ability to put notes into the system that are easily accessible is great! Now that we have worked with Hector for a while we are refining our data in the program to make it work even better for us. Staff complained about Fishbowl almost every day, about Hector almost never. When we run into an issue we contact support and they answer within hours and usually they are able to tell us how to do what we are trying to do. And: Hector is a Canadian Company!

Pros

The incredible support we receive, the searchability, the assistance we received during switch over, unlimited users - pay by assets listed.

Cons

There is no perfect software for every situation but this one is far better than our last one!
