Easy to navigate, very comprehensive, everything is clear, good combination. It’s constantly updated as the developers consider & prioritise requests. I’ve tried using various property management apps & it’s way better than any of them. Pros Ease of use. Very straightforward & clear. Everything is well set out with no need to read instructions in order to understand what to do. Use it on computer, laptop, tablet or mobile. Cons Document management. Documents don’t seem to be organised into any order other than when they were uploaded. Unless I’m missing something, it’d be useful to have them saved alongside a list of what they are, if that makes sense. Pros That I can set-up my properties individually and also have general business expenses. I like that, after the initial set-up - which was quite intuitive and not too onerous - it is quick and easy to maintain my accounts. Looking forward to using the MTD facility soon. Cons In all honesty, found the bank reconciliation a bit of a faff. So far I haven't found anything else. The dashboard graphics are on- point with the information that's most relevant to my business. Since starting my relationship with Landlord Studio, I went from being a sole proprietor renting out apartments to being a real estate professional with access to reporting tools that help me stay competitive in this industry. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I especially like how simple it is to categorize transactions and generate reports for tax time. It saves me a lot of manual spreadsheet work and gives me confidence that my numbers are accurate. The mobile app is also great for logging expenses on the go. Cons Like any robust tool, it takes a little time to get everything set up exactly how you want it, but once it’s configured it runs very smoothly. There are a few areas where additional customization or reporting options could be nice in the future, but the existing features already cover the vast majority of what I need. Pros Ease of use. Reporting tools I need for tax time. Easy to keep track of multiple properties. Excellent value for money Cons I know this will sound like I'm sucking up, but I honestly can't think of anything that I don't like about this app. I think the only thing I don't use at the moment is the online listing and tenanting portion of the software.
