I like that, after the initial set-up - which was quite intuitive and not too onerous - it is quick and easy to maintain my accounts. Looking forward to using the MTD facility soon. The dashboard graphics are on- point with the information that's most relevant to my business. Since starting my relationship with Landlord Studio, I went from being a sole proprietor renting out apartments to being a real estate professional with access to reporting tools that help me stay competitive in this industry. Customer service is timely (within hours-- if not minutes) and the coaching is top notch. Landlord Studio was the missing piece to my real estate success. I am grateful for their innovation. Pros Ease of use. Reporting tools I need for tax time. Easy to keep track of multiple properties. Excellent value for money Cons I know this will sound like I'm sucking up, but I honestly can't think of anything that I don't like about this app. I think the only thing I don't use at the moment is the online listing and tenanting portion of the software. Pros Landlord Studio is a great help for tracking accounting and expense processing. I also love the payment processing feature. The platform is very easy to use. Cons I had difficulty utilizing the tenant application with an international student without a social security number. More than 30 leads, great qualified candidates, and your speedy responsiveness via email has been so impressive especially in this day of virtual assistance which can be super frustrating when you dont have time to go back and forth with a bot. Pros Having used Craigslist for the past few decades, I couldnt use it anymore due to the prevalence of spam and lack of leads. I found Landlord Studio and it is my new go to. #1-critical - It confirms ownership of property and will not publish until you show ownership. My property was used as spam on craigslist and everyone using that platform knows it is full of spam. Landlord Studio prevents spam and that is HUGE. #2 - it syndicates my listing across platforms, especially Zillow which seems to be used by most in my area (no cost). #3 - it has a clean, simple platform to quickly set up my listing and #4 - It offers to handle the application and vetting process if you so choose. Cons My only feedback is when initially my listing wasnt approved, it would have been helpful if in the automated response it told me what was wrong with my listing (had my cell phone in the listing which I am glad you prevent, as I learned that even that gets spammed). When I logged into my account, it still didnt let me know what the problem was. That could have been enough for me to abandon my efforts but fortunately, you were very quick to respond to my email to let me know what the problem was.
