Overall the software is a game changer. I am confident on my finances now.

Pros

No surprises. Before landlord Studio it was hard to take each property manually. There was this one property I was losing money on. So many maintenance issues. When I started using Landlord Studio I immediately noticed the loss and made corrections to the rental unit.

Cons

The tenant info is not downloadable You can not use refunds from the bank feed

Great experience and very thankful to have found this product. It is SO easy to use compared to Quick Books.

Pros

User friendly. So easy to keep track of tenants and rental income. Rental payments are deposited directly into our bank account. Can run reports for taxes with ease.

Cons

Some confusion when setting up new tenants first/last month rent and deposit, BUT every question I have had has been answered very quickly by support.

It’s made life so much easier, I can run my business if 28 freehold rental units so easily from anywhere in the world and don’t need staff or agencies.

Pros

I don’t know why EVERY landlord in UK isn’t using this yet! No need for letting agents at all anymore, this app does everything they do but quicker and more accurate and just better!

I have been using Landlord Studio for several years now, and it has been perfect for my business.

Pros

The program allows me to track everything about the property, from tenants, to rents, as well as tracking all of the expenses involved.

Cons

I wish I could put in a check number. As a business owner, allowing for a check number would give me more tracking and less dependent upon Quick Books.

Pros

This product was recommended to me by a friend who manages a single property. I am a novice property manager and I decided to buy annual subscription to manage one unit. So far, I love it. No complaints. Easy to navigate, there are so much sample templates avail to use on this app, there is mobile and desktop options, and customer support gets back to me quickly with solns. I am truly happy with this product

takes 7 days to get my rent money transferred to my acct.

I manage properties myself and use it to track all incomes and expenses, having it as an App is great.

Pros

I like having the App version to track all Info about my properties, it's inexpensive, works well, reports are accurate and all expenses can be categorized with scanned receipts and ready to go for the accountant at the end of the year.

Cons

Changing rent price is difficult and need to set up a new lease for it and then dates overlapping and had trouble last time. Software crashes sometimes and needs restarting. I also use it for Airbnb and every week has different price so I wish it would be possible to not set a rent price and frequency at all.

### "First time landlords and users"

Overall really good, we did have a weird issue on start up that was immediately seen my LLS and they emailed us quickly, apologized and had it fixed within a business day. We have been on board for 2 months now.

Pros

We are first time apartment owners, it was easy to set up, learn to use and get our existing tenants in the building on board.

Cons

I think there should be another option or two for payments for tenants.

Reason for choosing Landlord Studio

Seemed to be a intuitive no frills and easy to get started program that was easily expandable with a fixed cost.

### "Greatest thing some sliced bread"

Tax documents are very important in real estate and the fact that I can manage income and expenses within one app gives me the piece of mind.

Pros

Before this app, I had used multiple excel sheets. I'd loose track of where I left off, update one and not the other...it was just a mess. The free trial is what made me try it and of course I was skeptical. But I QUICKLY subscribed at the end on my trail and havent looked back since.

Cons

Its truly hard to come up with something I like least about this product. But to be fair, I dislike the group emailing function (when more then one tenant is included on the email), the formula doesn't populate their names. But that's very minor.

### "A godsend for a first time investment property owner!"

Pros

Automatic notifications to tenants letting them know when their rent is due. Payment processing of those payments is extremely helpful.

Cons

Not all features are intuitive. For example, their is a category called "Organization" which is where you can list all of your expenses and upload invoices. Calling this category "Expenses" is more of an accurate description of this category. I recall trying to find where to document expenses and it took me a minute to figure it out.

My overall experience has been 100% - everything I need is in this app . They have always been kind and answered all my concerns in a timely manner. If you don’t have LandlordStudio you are truly missing out.

Pros

I have used this app over 5 years - has saved me time and able to keep up with all my rentals. My cpa likes this as well

Cons

I honestly can’t say one negative on Landlord Studio - if ever I had any issues they were right on top to answer any questions

Not really many cons just things that can be better in my eyes . For example ways to track subsidized payments along with the tenant portion. Getting funds quicker. Renters insurance for tenants through the portalAssigning maintenance to a vendor

### "Perfect for a growing rental business"

Fantastic! Awesome support and I consider this tool one of the reasons we have been able to grow. It helps us to make better decisions.

Pros

We started using Landlord Studio about 2 years ago, before that, it was the old-fashioned spreadsheets. We really like the reporting aspects of Landlord Studio - it automates things that used to take me minutes (and sometimes hours) to complete.

Cons

Probably not fair to call this the least favorite about Landlord Studio - it’s my least favorite about accounting in general. We have grown over the years and different property managers have different account codes. You need to be very disciplined when coding expenses in order to make sure everything balances correctly. The recurring expense tries to help...but on things such as utilities the amount changes. Overall, easy to use software, just make sure you give some thought to your categories early on!

I've used LS for five years now. It has helped reduce my paperwork by about 95%, and I'm not exaggerating. I like the app as well. Nice to get some work done while on the road.

Pros

Easy to use. The reports are great to have. The customer service is spectacular.

### "Managing Small Rentals "

This is great tool and makes managaing rentals easier. I like that there is a mobile and web interface. The customer support it superior and quick with responses. Customer service is always friendly and open to suggestions for improvements.

Pros

This software is user friendly. It only takes a few minutes to setup and you are ready to go. It is cheap and comes packed with a lot of great options and reports.

Cons

I would like a way to add expense receipts to individual lease agreements. I would also like expenses to be able to be seems as a lump of all the expenses for a particular year and property. This may be possible but I have not located how to do it yet.

I’ve been using this software ever since I started renting a property. It’s helped me keep track of everything I do with that property, making it so easy to prepare taxes at the end of the year. Highly recommend!!

Cons

I sometimes need to refer to the rent roll. It takes me a little longer than I would like on my iPhone. On my iPad, I was able to bring it up quickly.

Pros

I have never felt so organized before using Landlord Studio. There are never any questions on payment history and my tenants appreciate the emailed receipts. I have recently begun to use additional features built into the app such as texting groups of tenants, tracking expenses, etc. The program really worked wonders for the management of my properties. My wife and I can both login and record payments, as well as see the status in real time.

Cons

I would like to be able to customize a few more features, such as rolling tenant expenses into the amount owed at the top of the page.
