Software BusinessWe creat softwares for WordPress and applied to instamojo and Razorpay. Razorpay got accepted while Instamojo declines stating their tems and condition doesn't support this business.weird right.... We got to the support team and we got 0 help and several automated replies.2. Education BusinessWe have a few educators and they teach online about software, seo, marketing and many.My another team applied here too....Our application was rejected here too....Reason "We don't support course business"...Now this is education.Meanwhile our team found that several websites that were selling courses and some of them selling themes and plugins which were developed by another company. Totally a steal..And they were supported by Instamojo.... We found course being sold with instamojo.So, we though something is fishy..Lets create a replica of the course website...We got accpeted, and after receiving a few funds. Our account got blocked and the money were freezed... after 1 month we were able to get back the money....So i will suggest you to go for RazorPay, Cashless or Stripe if you are a genuine business and want hasslefree transactions. Pros Instamojo has great features and functionalities it easily integrates with any website through payment buttons for server load. there are also various modes of payment with our clients really really loves such as UPI debit and credit card, bank transfer, IMPS, RTGS. Also refund payments are settled in a smooth way. Cons the customer support need to be improved as there are only available through emails and calls but not live chat, again the settlement charges are typically higher than any other payment gateway. Receive payments through NEFT using virtual account number. Keep track of your payables and receivables using khata book. You can pass on your Instamojo fees to your customer. Create custom payments link and send to customers. Receive WhatsApp notifications for daily balance and weekly sales report.
