For everyone and with ease, time efficient. Pros I like the relaxed and the overall simplicity of the interface. The fact that my partner, who is not so tech savy managed to build 3 websites alone, using the Godaddy Website Builder is a great point. Cons Certain interface aspects, such as the lack of extensive code integration. Certain aspects are not easy to tune, such as CSS. I have my business website through them and also my POS service through them. They have EXCELLENT customer support. Pros I like Go Daddy Website Builder because it is incredibly user friendly. I was able to get a website up and running fairly quickly to get the basics of my business down. I like how it also tells me how many visitors I have had on the website and how I can add online payments to the website. Cons It was a bit challenging to add all the pictures I wanted. It was almost like I can only swap out pictures. I did not pay extra to have someone help me, but it is an option. I also had a bit of trouble at first deleting their base website helper information and adding sections. However, once I got the hang of it, I would say it is fairly user friendly. They were unable to make the modifications to allow this to be an optional setting. They were unable to refund my purchases through GoDaddy of their DNS Hosting services, the Domain Name Purchases, or the LLC requisition they facilitated. Despite this clearly not being listed out in their terms of service, or as an industry acceptable standard for purchased AI service support as mandatory - their inability to alter backend code for what is a relatively very new product on the market - and then would not refund the misrepresented products I was told I was purchasing. Pros It eliminated many of the granular details and options available on other website building platforms, to be very simple. Cons They did not comply with their AI Bot Terms of Service, and their limited ability to make changes (as referenced above) on a very standard model that is provided across the industry made any website built very difficult to view for users. The only positive they have left is the human answering the help line but I still have to wait a minimum of an hour in order to talk to someone. At one point in December 2024 I was on hold for three hours only to find out what I wanted to do was not possible. It really has been frustrating and disappointing. Pros The website is fairly easy to figure out. I chose it because they have humans that answer the phone for their customer service. Cons It's pretty basic and minimal. Like they just threw it together to have something to offer. Part of my decision to come to them was the benefit of having everything I needed in one place and not having to pay a bunch of little payments all the time. But their newsletter service is subpar and I had to go elsewhere and their scheduling software doesn't allow sales or discount codes... So I have had to go elsewhere for that as well and now have little payments again. So I would say they are close to a 5-star product. Just needs a little tweaking! Pros I like the price and the quality of the finished products. The websites look amazing when finished. I get a lot of compliments! Cons I wish the website design program allowed more creativity from the user. It is very limiting in choices of website designs. Being a designer and photographer who does photo manipulation, I prefer to have more free reign concerning my design choices. I find it very constrictive design-wise. Also, the chat doesn't work very well. It often fails to send me messages from my customers and it is a bear to set up from the git go! It produced great results in the end and my goals and expectations were reached. Pros Feature rich, easy to use in mobile environments. Stable platform just WORKS and does what it is expected to do. Cons Cost seems to be higher than other similar platforms for the same features. It's a great platform that I trust because it has been online as a website builder for over 20 years. Pros I use GoDaddy to purchase my domain names. It's safe and I have the ability to use them or park the names that are similar to my domain name. It's a safe place to organize them as well. GoDaddy offers a good website platform with Cpanel, which I like. I have used it to help clients create beautiful websites. Cons When the domain name system is updated it can be difficult to find some of the functions such as where to find the name servers to make changes. However, this is a small problem that would not keep me from giving GoDaddy 5 stars.
