When the bot begin to understand the way our guest formulate themselves this will become a great soulution for our company's goal to help our guests 24/7 and increase the convertion.

Pros

Easy to handle, interesting with all the statistics and great costumer service from HiJiffy.

Cons

Long process before the bot understans our guests. But we are hopeful!
