"2 Year Review"

**Overall:** it's been good but lackign development and feature request being completed.

**Pros:** It's very cost effective and has a nice interface.

**Cons:** This is very important. We need to be able to import COUNTRY based Holiday plans that do not affect other Country employees. Example: US employees have different holidays than our Philipines team. Would be great to have seperated COUNTRY assignment with Holidays we can import and add/remove.One the EMPLOYEE OVERVIEW screen it shows 19/24 in the DAYS column and thats confusing when you have Beareve,ent and PTO. You combine total days and Berevement is ONLY allowed for a death of immediate family. Maybe customize columns that are viewable.

**Reasons for Switching to Day Off:** Wemainly switched due to nice interface and cost.

"Works but with a few shortcomings"

**Overall:** It would be great if the shortcomings were taken care of and the Outlook integration was available. As it is right now its lacking.

**Pros:** The ability to have several different types of leave is helpful in our organization.

**Cons:** The balances in some views are incorrect. If an employee starts during the year and not at the start of the year their accrual is incorrect and has to be calculated manually. Really need to have integration with Outlook in order

**Reasons for Choosing Day Off:** Several different leave types were possible with day-off.
