Permet de réserver ses billets d'avions et hôtels de façon indépendante.

Cons

L'expérience utilisateur est à revoir complètement. La navigation, la gestion des filtres est catastrophique. - Les résultats peuvent mettre plusieurs minutes à s'afficher à chaque changement de filtre. - Les filtres sont souvent perdus lors de la navigation. - Le déplacement sur la carte des hôtels ne relance pas de recherche. - Le filtre de recherche par distance ne fonctionne pas. - Avec le filtre "petit déjeuner", c'est le prix sans petit déjeuner qui est affiché pour chaque hôtel : il faut cliquer sur l'hôtel pour connaitre le vrai prix mais le retour sur la page des résultats met ensuite plusieurs minutes. Bref, l'application n'a pas été conçue pour ses utilisateurs mais pour ceux qui l'achète, comme bien souvent.

Okarito me permet au quotidien de réserver des billets de train ou d'avion ainsi que des hôtels dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels de manière simple. Je n'ai plus besoin de demander à quelqu'un de faire la réservation pour moi, je peux tout gérer seul de mon côté.

Je n'ai pas rencontré de problème avec cet outil pour le moment.

J'utilise les services d'Okarito depuis sa création. Leur plateforme est simple d'utilisation, multilangues (critère important pour nous), et qui va droit à l'essentiel. Coût d'utilisation extrêmement raisonnables.

Pros

It saves me and the finance team a lot of time to organize business trips. My team and I are autonomous to pick the train tickets and hotels that suit us best, we don't need anymore to do back and forth with the finance team. Also the client service was really reactive when I had to change my tickets.

Cons

A wider offer of accommodation including airbnb's beyond hotels would be appreciated when we travel with multiple people. Better to build the team spirit.

Plutôt que de réserver et payer chaque réservation sur des plateformes différentes, avec une gestion de la facturation hôtelière hasardeuse et des problèmes de récupération de TVA, OKARITO simplifie tout cela en quelques clics. Les collaborateurs sont ravis de ne plus avoir à gérer ces postes dans leurs notes de frais.

Pros

Okarito est simple d'utilisation. L'interface est très claire et fonctionne parfaitement. Exploitant les ressources de plusieurs Majors du marché du tourisme (hôtellerie et transports) on y trouve même souvent des offres que votre plateforme de réservation préférée ne vous proposait pas. La centralisation des paiements et la facturation globale mensuelle sont un véritable gain de temps comptable et opérationnel. Et tout cela pour un coût.... inexistant puisque OKARITO se rémunère sur les Fournisseurs plutôt que sur les utilisateurs! De plus, contrairement à une agence de voyage, OKARITO nous assiste 24/24 en cas de problème! Bluffant!

Cons

Encore jeune, la plateforme présente parfois quelques limites mais sans gravité. Les filtres de recherche pourraient être plus développés, les outils financiers pourraient être internalisés etc. Mais nul doute que tout cela progressera avec la maturité. Et dès maintenant le service rendu est déjà considérable eu égard au coût d'utilisation.

Pros

Grande simplicité d'utilisation et un outil qui nous a permis de simplifier la gestion des déplacements. Les collaborateurs sont autonomes pour leurs déplacements et n'ont plus besoin d'attendre le retour de leur manager. Pour l'entreprise, la possibilité de maîtriser les coûts des déplacements est également appréciable. Je recommande sans problème!

Cons

L'interface utilisateur et le design pourrait être à améliorer mais cela reste toutefois facile d'utilisation.

Je gagne beaucoup de temps sur les organisation de voyage des équipes. Ils peuvent s'enregistrer tout seul avec leur compte, je n'ai pas besoin de retrouver toutes les factures, les projets sont directement enregistrés dessus et les moyens de paiement aussi. C'est vraiment parfait !

Okarito nous permet à nos salariés de gérer leurs déplacements de façon simple, sans avoir à avancer l'argent. L'application permet une répartition parfaite entre autonomie et contrôle de la part des administrateurs.

Pros

Le logiciel a une UX agréable et un service client exceptionnel. L'équipe a su nous accompagner et développer la plateforme au gré de nos demandes et de notre croissance, on a adoré !

Cons

Aujourd'hui je ne vois pas de gros point faible.

Globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits des services Okarito.

Pros

La plateforme est intuitive et le service client est toujours disponibles par chat pour répondre aux questions, traiter les cas particuliers ou résoudre les problèmes de booking. Les vols, trains et hôtels proposés sont à bon prix comparativement à d'autres plateformes. L'ajout des trains à la résa a été un très bon point.

Cons

L'affichage de la plateforme en V2 était non exhaustif (le nom du voyageur n'apparaissait plus). Cela a été résolu. L'ajout des trains sur les autres pays européens serait un plus.

Développement pour les locations de véhicules à faire rapidement, cette fonction manque cruellement

J'ai adopté le logiciel de suite ! :-D

Pros

L'interface est bien pensée : claire, aérée, intuitive. Il est aussi rapide réserver sur Okarito que sur Booking ou tout site de compagnie aérienne. Avec l'énorme plus qu'est la mise à disposition automatique des factures !!!!

Cons

Comme je suis totalement satisfaite d'OKARITO, je n'ai rien à mettre dans cette case.

Le support est excellent, réactif et comprend facilement nos problématiques en apportant des solutions souvent immédiates ou rapides (en 24 heures). L'interface de réservation de vols est efficace et simple d'utilisation. Pour un manager, pouvoir facilement gérer les voyages de l'équipe est un gain de temps énormes et pour les collaborateurs pouvoir réserver ses vols en quelques minutes sans avoir à passer les dépenses en notes de frais est une amélioration énorme dans nos process.

Pros

Le support est excellent, réactif et comprend facilement nos problématiques en apportant des solutions souvent immédiates ou rapides (en 24 heures). L'interface de réservation de vols est efficace et simple d'utilisation.

Cons

L'interface de réservation d'hôtels continue de s'améliorer pour se hisser au niveau d'une UX comme celle de Booking avec une capacité de filtres puissante. En amélioration, mais amélioration rapide!
