The features are super helpful and the app is easy to use, Instructions are easy to understand and so far, I haven't encountered any issues. Pros What I like most about this software is that it really runs smoothly on devices. On the technical side, based on my personal experience, it doesn't lag and it doesn't unfortunately stops unlike other polling apps I've used before. My most favorite feature is the Anonymous Feedback because I use it when I make harsh comments and I don't want people to know that it was me who wrote the feedback. When making a presentation, I use this app to gain insights from my audience specially because aside from being a freelancer, I'm also a teacher. The main good reason I have this app is because you can use it both ways- as a presenter and as an audience. Cons All digital products have lapses but good for this app, it's very minimal and generally depends on your equipment. I once had a presentation on our university auditorium and there was a time when the presentation just wouldn't show up and that's the exact time I just had the app. I thought it was because of it that my PowerPoint was compromised but the truth is that the projector had it's chords a bit kind of loose. So, just a tip, check everything before using the app because the app might run smooth all the time, provided, you do not have any physical technical problems. I thought the presentation's audio and visual integration was fantastic. It is simple to deliver information with PowerPoint using extremely good presentation methods that are more understandable. It provides a clearer understanding than notes and paragraphs. What I appreciate best about PowerPoint is that it allows me to include a video. Cons The problem with PowerPoint isn't that there isn't enough originality in the templates. They're issues that need to be addressed in order to avoid recurrence. I have not seen any flaws in the product in four years, although there was one period where it suddenly stopped working, and I lost the files I was working on at the time. Except for the issue of it not being compatible with Windows, there isn't anything I don't like about it. Pros Taking the time to learn how to use the software, I found it is easy to use during church service, worship and when I teach Bible study . I’m a pastor and I have recommended PowerPoint to a lot of churches who was struggling with other software, they were pleased at how easy it was to use PowerPoint for Bible study and Sunday morning worship and their sermons. Cons It’s was challenging to use with other software. Also lacking in color scheme, templates, fonts are limited and should show progress in their updates at least every 6-8 months with new templates and fonts. I have never had difficulties opening files or sharing them or had to report any difficulties from using this software. Once you have invested the time in learing how to use this software you will be thrilled with the useability and transfurabelity. Pros PowerPoint is a great straighforward software for making presentations. The interface is very much what you see is what you get making this easy to use and learn . As this seems to be the domanant presentation software, it is very trasnfurrable between clients and coworkers, which is great for larger projects. It is very versatile and so much more than a slide based tool, with clickable infographics and the ability to emved videos. Cons Simialr to other Microsoft products the software could be more user friendly. This is where some of the other competing apps excell. It is not very good for creating original art or illistrations. These are best done using Illistrator or Photo Shop, and then importing them to Power point which takes more time and effort.
