Esperienza decisamente positiva, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la collaborazione con un partner strategico con cui sviluppare un CRM personalizzato sulle nostre esigenze, che garantisce inoltre un costante aggiornamento e lo sviluppo continuo della piattaforma

VTE Next si è dimostrato uno strumento strategico per strutturare e rendere più tracciabili i processi commerciali, soprattutto in un’azienda manifatturiera caratterizzata da cicli di vendita complessi e relazioni di lungo periodo con clienti e partner internazionali. Nel complesso, l’esperienza può essere considerata positiva: VTE Next non è solo un archivio di contatti, ma un vero abilitatore organizzativo. Per una realtà come la nostra, il valore emerge soprattutto nel medio-lungo periodo, quando processi, dati e reportistica iniziano a lavorare in modo integrato a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.

Pros

VTE Next è un CRM completo ed efficace, che offre tutte le funzionalità necessarie per gestire in modo strutturato le attività quotidiane di sales e marketing. Non si limita a essere un semplice repository di dati, ma rappresenta un vero e proprio strumento di gestione dei processi aziendali e di analisi attraverso reportistica avanzata.

Cons

Alcune funzionalità avanzate richiedono tempo per essere padroneggiate, soprattutto per utenti meno esperti. Pur essendo funzionale, in alcune aree l’interfaccia potrebbe risultare poco immediata e la personalizzazione richiede spesso supporto tecnico, rendendo l’implementazione iniziale più impegnativa di quanto ci si aspetterebbe.

Ho conosciuto VTE nel mio precedente incarico e ne ho apprezzato fin da subito la versatilità, sperimentandone l’utilizzo in diversi ambiti aziendali. L’esperienza maturata mi ha permesso di constatare benefici concreti in termini di tracciabilità delle attività, condivisione delle informazioni e maggiore coordinamento tra i reparti. Ho quindi promosso l’adozione di VTE anche nella mia attuale realtà professionale, convinto che possa rappresentare uno strumento efficace per riorganizzare e ottimizzare una serie di processi (commerciali e non) che oggi non risultano pienamente strutturati o governati.

Pros

È una piattaforma CRM estremamente flessibile, progettata per adattarsi con naturalezza alle esigenze specifiche di ogni organizzazione. Altamente personalizzabile, esprime un potenziale significativo nella gestione integrata dei processi aziendali interdipartimentali, favorendo collaborazione, efficienza operativa e una visione strategica condivisa. La sua versatilità consente di supportare non solo i processi commerciali, ma anche attività trasversali che richiedono tracciabilità, coordinamento e standardizzazione.

Cons

Non ho riscontrato particolari criticità. La reportistica nativa può risultare meno evoluta rispetto a strumenti di Business Intelligence dedicati; tuttavia, questo aspetto non rappresenta un limite in contesti in cui sia già presente una piattaforma BI, anche in considerazione del fatto che il database di VTE è facilmente accessibile e strutturato in modo chiaro, rendendo agevole l’integrazione e l’estrazione dei dati.

Con l’espansione dello studio sia in termini di clientela che in termini di risorse inserite nell’organizzazione, ho sentito sempre più la necessità di avere un unico sistema che mi permettesse di gestire i dati dei clienti e le procedure di lavoro con processi automatici di esecuzione. Ne ho cercati e provati parecchi fino a quando sono imbattuto in vtenext. Fin da subito sono rimasto ben impressionato sulla duttilità del prodotto e sulle potenzialità di continua espansione ed integrazione con tutti i processi interni di studio. Ad oggi siamo riusciti ad automatizzare tutta la relazione con il cliente che prima avveniva via mail ed abbiamo monitorate tutte le richieste dei clienti. Altre procedure sono in fase di introduzione e vtenext sarà per noi l’interfaccia informatica di riferimento per lo scambio tra i collaboratori di studio ed i clienti, rendendo trasparente al cliente quando lo studio sta lavorando per lui e rendendolo partecipe sulla fase di avanzamento delle attività che lo riguardano.

La flessibilità del prodotto che sta permettendo di implementare la gestione del cliente secondo le nostre peocedure di studio.

Cons

In alcuni punti la rigidità della procedura che ha costretto ad intervenire nello standard per adeguarlo alle nostre esigenze.

Veramente ottima. Dopo aver tentato di attivare un crm di altra softwarehouse, a livello nazionale, abbiamo optato per Vtnext e non ce ne siamo pentiti

Pros

Vtnext è un prodotto estremamente flessibile, modulabile e facilmente getibile in autonomia. Inoltre la disponibilità e la velocità dell'assistenza clienti è un elemento sicuramente da non sottovalutare. Ritengo che il crm VTNEXT sia un software che è in grado di fornire al 99% delle aziende il massimo supporto in ambito customer relation. Di estrema intuibilità e veramente user friendly, ho avuto l'opportunità di confrontrarlo con molti altri prodotti simili ma nessuno regge il confronto.

Cons

Onestamente nessun aspetto delle attuali impostazioni mi è risultato ostico o svantaggioso. Forse si può migliorare l'integrazione con il calendario di outlook, ma probabilmente il problema della sincronizzazione dipende dalle impostazioni/restrizioni esistenti nella mia azienda

Nel complesso positiva; è un programma efficace, che permette di digitalizzare un processo in pochi passaggi, in maniera semplice e facilmente utilizzabile anche da una persona senza competenze di programmazione.

L'interfaccia User-Friendly, che permette di digitalizzare un flusso informativo senza avere competenze tecniche di programmazione.

Avrei apprezzato una maggiore libertà nella personalizzazione grafica delle schermate di compilazione dei dati (es. colorazione dei campi, inserimento di icone ecc.)
