## What is vtenext?

vtenext is the open source CRMequipped with a BPMN engine for the processes automation. All the functionalities offered by a CRM, marketing, sales and post sales management, are strenghtened by the BPMN engine to design automaed processes. vtenext transforms the CRM logic from the data to the process core to digitize all the processes and the creation of process-driven solution, without the need to write code strings.

Complessivamente é ottima. Non tornerei indietro ai vecchi sistemi per nulla al mondo. La facilità con cui si opera é veramente un plus.

Soprattutto poter gestire molto facilmente ogni singolo progetto, avendo tutte le componenti del porgetto (comunicazioni, documenti, offerte e quant'altro) ragguppate appunto per singolo progetto

Cons

La poca chiarezza di come formulare report e statistiche di gestione. Il modo di creare report e statistiche non é proprio intuitivo.

L'esperienza con il VTE è iniziata nel 2009, l'azienda aveva necessità di gestire ticket per l'assistenza tecnica erogata ai propri clienti. E' stato solo l'inizio: man mano il VTENEXT (inizialmente si chiamava Vtiger) ha guadagnato la fiducia dell'azienda e ad oggi, oltre all'anagrafica dei clienti e ai ticket di assistenza tecnica, gestiamo Preventivi, Conferme d'ordine, DDT, Ordini di lavoro, Servizi a contratto, Ordini di acquisto, Asset e Portale assistenza per i nostri clienti.

Pros

\- ambiente open source - possibilità di personalizzare i moduli - possibilità di creare nuovi moduli - possibilità di interagire con il cliente attraverso il portale assistenza clienti - APP Wilson ben fatta - supporto tecnico sempre pronto per gestire ticket di tipo urgente/bloccante

Cons

Le pagine web sono esteticamente simili per tutti i mouduli: mancano elementi grafici e la possibilità di rendre le pagine più "complesse" che potrebero rendere l'iterazione con il CRM più efficiente ed accattivante.

Esperienza più che positiva, ho passato anni a capire se fosse la giusta strada e ad oggi rimpiango il tempo perso. Un software che si è adattato alla nostra nicchia di mercato e ci sta dando tantissime soddisfazioni. Dal commerciale ai tecnici, oltre al prodotto, le persone sono quelle che fanno veramente la differenza.

Mi è piacuta l'estrema duttilità del prodotto, la capacità di adattarsi a tutte le esigenze della mia azienda, senza dimenticare \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\], il nostro project manager, che con pazienza si è calato nel settore legno e ci ha aiutati a tradurre le nostre esigenze in realtà

L'interfaccia grafica rigida e la gestione delle mail sopratutto come anteprima file sono l'unico tasto dolente.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva con supporto commerciale e tecnico all'altezza delle aspettative..

Pros

In seguito ad alcune valutazioni fatte su diverse proposte CRM alcune delle quali testate per un periodo abbastanza prolungato, ho scelto VTE per la mia azienda. Ritengo questa piattaforma flessibile e personalizzabile in funzione alle esigenze attuali e future.

Cons

non ho trovato particolari criticità riscontrate durante l'utilizzo quotidiano e la piattaforma cloud risulta flessibile e consultabile su qualsiasi dispositivo.
