We were able to integrate into the backend of our other survey systems. It was fairly easy to do. We were also able to design pdf report easily from our records wich helps save a lot of time Cons I did not like that the pricing was not open and easily available. I had to email the company to ask for it and I would have licked clear pricing upfront without the need for all the additional comunication. The price of this software should not be an obstacle to using it. There are a few buttons that could be translated better but it is not a serious issue more an irratation. Graficamente un po' rigido e il modulo messaggi andrebbe completamente rivisto e aggiornato. La scrittura dei processi va fatta con il supporto di un tecnico VTE come anche l'implementazione dei sistemi newsletter. Il supporto tecnico è puntuale e il nostro commerciale di riferimento ci fornisce sempre buone soluzioni. In generale un buon prodotto che se la batte bene con i concorrenti. Pros Conoscendo lo strumento vi è la possibilità di gestire al meglio ed in modo condiviso ed efficace le informazioni legate ai clienti e alle attività che si svolgono. La piattaforma e la società stessa si sono dimostrate capaci di collaborare con noi su diversi piani, garantendo supporto e serietà in tutto il processo di crescita del sistema. Pros Trovo l'impostazione dell'interfaccia e delle funzionalità estremamente coerente il che lo rende semplice nell'apprendimento.
