We were also able to design pdf report easily from our records wich helps save a lot of time Cons I did not like that the pricing was not open and easily available. I had to email the company to ask for it and I would have licked clear pricing upfront without the need for all the additional comunication. The price of this software should not be an obstacle to using it. There are a few buttons that could be translated better but it is not a serious issue more an irratation.
