### "Amazing software, even more amazing Support"

Amaging. Can´t stress this enough.

Pros

The features and explanation you receive for each of the data fields is great. It makes it really easy to use. But most amazing is the support. They are so extremely helpful. I´ve never experienced anything like the people from this support. They really know what they´re doing and find solutions really fast. Whatever "problem" I´m not able to fix on my own they either fix it with me and explain how that works or they just call me back or send an email within a very short period of time (anything from 10 minutes to 2 hours) and will have solved it. No idea how they do it but I wish everyone I work with had a support department THIS GOOD. People tend to underestimate how important support is - Channable does not. They have an amazing software that lets you edit any piece of information and an extraordinary support.

Cons

Nothing at all. I like all the features and would only like to see more marketplace connections.

The Overall Experience went from OK to Excellent, because the Technical Service were able to guide me threw the Process in my native language, so that I can replicate what we have done for Other Plattforms.Having the Abillity to call the technical support when having Issiues makes the difference from a 2-3 Star to a 5-Star Review, because It gives me the Confidence to Achive the goals we need to Solve with Channable.Without The Technical Support, It would Consume Way more Time and Energy.So Here a big Thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for guiding me so well, full of ease and patience through the Process so that I can replicate it. That helped me a lot by Skipping Unnessesary Trial and Error!!!

Pros

User Interface is clear and userfriendly. I were Able to quickly get an overview of the possibillities and Things that can be done. No Messed up UI with thousands of same looking buttons. Other Toole look and feel way more clunky like SAP.

Cons

The Rules and the Attribute Matching were not that self explainig, that I were able to upload a feed with a good Quality. To go threw The Channable Academy were Time consuming and did not resultet in giving me the exact information needed. But just 2 Days after I had a Very Good Call in German with a German speaking technikal support and we were able to Setup our. first Feed together, so now I know all the Steps Needed to upload feeds in a good quality to various plattforms.

Reason for choosing Channable

The Price difference, made the decision clear, when looking to other Middleware, that wishes to charge 2k upfront, a monthly base fee of 1,5k and a percentage from the general revenue.And the User Interface were looking much more Userfriendly than other Tools, that were more build from Developers for Developer.

Very bad, they need to step up their customer service game.

Pros

Not much, it's lacking basis functionality, anything standard you would like to add costs you extra even before it works.

Cons

Overpriced, they are only looking for ways to charge more, sell upgrades. No solutions if something doesn't work.

Pros

Former deceased client of Lengow we migrated to Chanable three months ago. Thanks to the support of the Chanable team we were able to quickly implement the solution and even create parent to child feeds on our different Amazon platforms. Since then we have been able to use the solution correctly and our sales have even increased. I recommend it!

Cons

Nothing to report the api provided the work requested.

Chanable has fulfilled its mission and support is fast and efficient!

The implementation of the solution took more than 6 months without providing any results. The Lengow support is unreachable (exchange of mail with 48 hours of delay each time). In addition, the sales department has been pushing us to change our subscription, which has increased our commitment period. A lot of money lost for a null result and a drop in sales!

I have discovered and used channable for multiple clients during my job as an SEA specialist at a marketing agency; the tool is also widely used in my current job at a retail company. I have always experienced the use of Channable as very easy, and as indicated earlier, I am very positive about the contact moments with support.

Pros

You have all the options you need to set up the perfect product feeds. Using the tool is very simple and intuitive. The support department is very helpful if anything is unclear.

Cons

Maybe I have overlooked a possibility myself, but otherwise it would be a welcome addition to be able to adjust rules in bulk. (for example: in all selected rules, replace the word "test.com" for "test.nl" or the "delivery" attribute for another attribute called "shipping\_time".) In my case, this could save quite a bit of time. I would also find some more options for filtering in the overview of all feeds useful, because with more than 90 feeds you can easily lose the overview sometimes. But in this case too; maybe there are options that I myself have overlooked.

### "Saves me so much time"

This tool is very easy to work. Great customer service and it makes my clients grow through it's possibilities and connections.

Pros

Using Channable makes me create more effective campaigns and feeds, and therefore the ROI of my clients campaigns grows. Which in return makes them and us happy, since KPIs are met. It also creates a lot of opportunities like advertising on marketplaces and other platforms. Feeds can be created in an instant.

Cons

Order connections are not available for every CMS.

Reason for choosing Channable

At that moment, Channable already had the Text Ads functionality up and running so someone at a conference advised me to go check it out. I started working with it the next day and once I saw how everything worked, I never even looked at another product again.

We use channable to split our "Master Feed" in individual feeds and also to import and convert external feeds to the format used by our backend.

Pros

1\. Easy to use 2. Fast 3. Reliable 4. Can handle huge feeds easily

Cons

1\. All changes go directly live when you hit save - there's no way to revert it, and no undo. 2. It would be great if there would be some versioning system in place so that one can always revert to a previous version of the feed config. (See Google Tag Manager for a great example of how it could be done) 3. There could be some more operators, like random number etc. 4. Import of JSON 5. Nesting of the feed goes only 2 elements deep, eg. Product->Features->Colour

Pros

Reliability and integration with virtually all the platforms that you could need and more. Sometimes I feel that they should put more effort in different features rather than channel integration (so many channels).

Cons

If you are switching from another platform probably you'll get the same features that you had.

Opgeblazen API aggregator. Kostprijs schiet de hoogte in vanaf dat je iets doen d.m.v. add-ons. Zonder add-ons kan je haast niets doen.

Pros

Je hoeft de api’s niet te implementeren wat dus initieel geld en tijd bespaart maar over de lange periode enkel nadelen bied.

Cons

Ze proberen je af te zetten als je hun service wil stopzetten. Laten je nog een extra maand betalen.

We use Channable mainly to prepare our product data in the right set up for our etailers/retailers and content providers. So, in Channable we have: > direct feeds towards platforms as Google Shopping, Flixmedia, Icecat etc. > specific sheets available for download (preferably XLSX) to transfer to etail/retail. In the second place, we use Channable to check our product data: we prepare a sheet so we can check all data for a specific product in a specific language.

Pros

1\. Intuitive way of working (very easy to start with) 2. Connector with inRiver 3. "Unlimited" amount of feeds to add

Cons

1\. Changing the labels of the (imported) attributes is not very practical: you need to adjust the labels per project. 2. I would like to download a feed directly as XLSX, instead of CSV. 3. I would like to see who has started/set up the feed; with multiple users on board it is nice to have contact with them about for examples changes. 4. I would like to have roles and rights within our account; now everyone sees (and could change) all projects/feeds but we use the account with different departments and brands (and it would be better to have some of the projects hidden for some). 5. Sometimes the inRiver connector is not steady (some attributes are not filled), then we need support from our partner Xsarus to have it fixed. 6. The rules are sometimes hard to set up and combine. Thanks to our partner, we could manage, but this tab in the system can cause a lot of irritation.

Good and it feels stable which is a must when working with these kind of systems.

Pros

I like the fact that I have the feeds per brand and base the new feeds on the main raw feed. Also it is easy to copy rules between the brand and feeds but the ability to have special rules for some feeds. Also the system is fast to work in.

Cons

Going from an other system I am missing some features that may be good to have. First off an overview of the items and data about them. And I am also missing the sync with GMC and Google Ads data that I can create special rules on.

Pros

Channable is so important for us because it bundles lots of features for our shopping campaigns, to our third party ecommerce platforms while handling our productfeed. We could not do it without Channable. The customer service is really good and they really try to help you as good as they can.

Cons

A bit difficult to get to know how everything works and where you can make the right adjustments but once you get to know the tool it gets better.

Pros

Great variety of channels to link your product feeds to. After the initial learning of the system it's easy to copy often used filters and values to different feeds. Many options to keep your feeds up to date with the right package.

Learning curve for setting up the system at the start.

Channable was a bit of a learning curve however, support was amazing for the entire experience.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] helped us get the majority of our inventory up on Amazon and has helped us out tremendously. By having the UPC's, getting everything up on Amazon was fairly easy. Speedy responses and great customer service.

The support is the absolutely best. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] made the entire experience for us.

Cons

The setup and learning curve was a challenge, if not for the support we wouldn't have gotten through it.
