Al enkele jaren zijn wij een van de vele gebruikers van Channable. Ik schrijf deze review met lichte tegenzin, maar ik zie oprecht geen andere oplossing meer. Al 5 weken geleden hebben wij Channable gewezen op een grote fout in de connectie tussen Amazon en Channable. Hierdoor komt grofweg 10% van de orders met verkeerde naw gegevens in Channable terecht. Ons systeem is gekoppeld aan Channable en zendingen gaan automatisch. Daardoor hebben wij elke dag meerdere orders die niet naar de juiste klant gaan. Het gevolg is dat wij meerdere zendingen moeten inschieten en dat wij vele slechte reviews krijgen. Channable erkent dit probleem al weken lang niet. Afgelopen dinsdag zagen ze dan toch het licht, maar nog steeds hebben wij geen oplossing. Ondertussen zijn de kosten voor ons in de duizenden euro's gelopen, maar reacties van Channable krijgen we bijna niet. Daarnaast claimt Channable retouren van Bol te kunnen verwerken. Dit kunnen zij ook wel, mits je een kleine klant bent. Wanneer je meer dan 50 retouren per dag hebt, dan is de batchgrote te klein. Hierdoor moeten wij alsnog alles handmatig doen. Het ophogen van de batchgrote weigeren ze te doen. In het kort, Channable heeft een heel mooi product. Maar de service is momenteel echt dramatisch te noemen. Mocht bovenstaande opgelost worden dan hebben ze weer een mooi product. Maar dat neemt niet weg dat het kwalijk is dat Channable niet naar hun klanten luistert. Ik heb beide problemen zeer uitgebreid aangeleverd met meerdere voorbeelden. Het issue, en de impact, had al veel eerder duidelijk moeten zijn.

Pros

veel integraties zijn er mogelijk. Ook werkt het goed samen met bijvoorbeeld Google.

Cons

beperkingen voor grotere klanten. Toen wij kleiner waren werkte alles voor mijn gevoel veel beter. Momenteel is met name de orderkoppeling met Amazon bijzonder slecht. Dit kost meer geld dan het oplevert.

### "A robust feed management tool with superb customer support"

Channable allowed us to expand on marketplaces there we previously had no ambitions of being on, and it gave us a lot of ideas to improve our clients' sales and efficiency.

Pros

The robustness, swiftness, ease of use, and how powerful this tool is. It can do almost anything I imagine (sometimes much more) and if I have issues with anything, their customer support always saves the day inhumanly quickly.

Cons

We are only missing some kind of permanent or long-term data storage, but I realize that this is not the point of the tool. Moreover, it would be awesome if Channable could also work with conditions that have authority over all products at the same time (i.e. compare two products), but this would probably require a completely new tool to be developed. The only thing I really miss, which I think would be realistic to develop, is the ability to better work with duplicate and nested elements. Instead of coupling their values into one list, it would be awesome if maybe attributes could be used.

Overall the experience with Channable has been great. We are pretty satisfied. We have never had an issue we could not solve. Support is great. And with Channable we can access new marketing channels quickly based on our feed.

Pros

Channable is easy to use. It has many useful features. And the integration was easy to set up.

Cons

For the "generating categories" step when setting up feeds, I wish there was an "exporting and importing"-option as well. Currently the auto category generation feature got us about half way through the set up. The rest is manual and we have to re-check if the auto generation was correct. If would be easier to work with if we could first auto generate as much as possible, then export to excel file, then make changes and even add new category lines, then bulk import everything.

We choose Channable because of the integration feature with Magento2. Other value proposition considerations were the features offered within Channable as well as the access to different marketing channels offered and the pricing model.

As a SEA specialist I use Channable primarily to manage my Shopping feed en my feed that I use for campaign building. For this, Channable gives me the freedom I need. To add, remove, replace information.

Pros

Super-duper user friendly. I haven't tried yet; but I think I can teach a monkey to use Channable. In a PPC world where the use of feeds gets more and more important, it is of great value that there is a tool like Channable that enables me manage my feed, without having any programming skills. It allows me to give me a lot of freedom. And most importantly: I'm not stuck to boring source feeds, where my hands are tied. And, let's face it: to understand how a feed is build up takes quite some time to comprehend. The user friendly interface helps me to easily explain it to (junior) colleages.

Cons

I'm very happy about the feed-mangement part of Channable. And in that division, I think Channable is the best tool around. I am less excited about the other features. The text ads editor for instance. The basics here work fine. But when you want distinguish and really take a next step, the tool is too limited. And in that department there are quite some campaign building tools that are better.

De beste software voor feedmanagement. Wij gebruiken de feeds zelf op allerlei verschillende shops. Dit is enorm makkelijk te exporteren.

Pros

De software is enorm goed voor productfeeds. Verder is het fijn dat de support in het Nederlands beschikbaar is.

Cons

Het enige minpunt vind ik dat het voor beginners moeilijk te begrijpen is hoe de software werkt. Verder valt er nog wat te zeggen over de aantrekkelijkheid van de website. Wel moet ik zeggen dat het op technisch gebied enorm goed functioneert.

We had a problem with the change from the plugin to the app at Shopware 6 and synchronization problem with Facebook, but the phone support was excellent.

Pros

That it is easily to set up and works with META!

Cons

It is very expensive for my opinion. We would also use it for Amazon (with Shopware 6), but it is currently not possible.

Je hebt enige kennis nodig om goed met Channable overweg te kunnen. Daarnaast zijn regels niet altijd duidelijk te organiseren.

We administrate an online shop of our customer who sells about 2.000 products and Channable helps us to easily push them into different marketplaces like Amazon, Kaufland, eBay, etc.

Pros

Channable is extremely well designed and easy to use. Setting up a connection to one of the marketplaces takes some time, but is very comprehensive and fun. Channable offers an outstanding customer support and helped us several times with the setup of different channels.

Cons

Dealing with error messages from the marketplaces can be very annoying, but this is not the fault of Channable, but of the marketplaces themselves. Especially Amazon has a very unique set of rules you data has to follow.

We have tried many tools for both general feed management and building inventory management campaigns. But Channable is by far the best I have tried. They have all the features we need, it is intuitive to use and they have a reasonable pricing model that adapts to the size of your business and what you need.

Pros

Channable is very easy to use, but it still got all the features we need. A very intuitive setup for building template based inventory management campaigns for Google/Bing (based on your feed).

Cons

I have very few cons, and the few I once had have Channable fixed or built a solution for us. The only thing I still miss is the possibility to protect a feed export with username and password. But I think they are working on a solution for that as well.

Channable enables us to do the work of +/- 10 FTEs with just the two of us. It's a great tool for feed management, automation and quality control!

Pros

Lots of filters, find & replaces, formulas, etc. available Very easy to use Works extremely fast compared to other tools 100+ feed formats for all kinds of online channels

Cons

It would be nice if an account manager or support would more frequently contact users New features could be released a bit faster / more often

Altijd goed geweest. Ik heb channable voor meerde klanten gebruikt om product feeds te organsieren. Nu voor het eerste een feed opgebouwd wat heel gemakkelijk ging.

Pros

Ik vind Channable de meeste gangbare tool voor feed management. Ik raad het aan al mijn klanten aan. Zeker omdat het makkelijk in gebruik is en, Nederlandse support en de support echt van hoog niveau is (zeker op technisch niveau).

Cons

Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat ik het design van de software niet echt mega aantrekkelijk vind, maar functionaliteit is daartegenover weer heel goed.

Voor zover ik weet is Channable de meeste gangbare tool in de Nederlandse markt. Ik heb in het verleden met Lengo gewerkt (frans bedrijf), daar was mijn ervaring met support niet altijd zo goed als bij Channable.
